تهدف الدراسة إلى اختبار صحة العلاقة النظرية بين التوافق الدراسي، ومفهوم الذات، والأعراض الاكتئابية كما يوضحها النموذج المقترح، وبالتالي التوصل إلى نموذج يحدد أثر بعض المتغيرات الهامة في الأعراض الاكتئابية، وذلك في ضوء ما تعكسه بيانات البحث. ضمت مجموعة المفحوصين عينة عشوائية (100) طالبة من طالبات كلية التربية بجامعة الملك خالد بأبها، واستخدم في الدراسة (أ) مقياس التوافق الدراسى لمحمود الزيادي (ب) مقياس الاكتئاب لبيك (Beck) للأعراض الاكتئابية و(ج) مقياس مفهوم الذات (بايرز- هاريس) بعد تعريبهم. واستخدم في البحث أسلوب تحليل المسار في التعرف على اتجاهات التأثير بين متغيرات البحث من خلال نموذج سببى. عرضـت نتائج البحث إيجاد التأثير المباشر وغير المباشر لمجموعة المفحوصين الكلية باستخدام تحليل المسار من التوافق الدراسي ومفهوم الذات إلى الأعراض الاكتئابية، وكانت النتائج بالنسبة لمجموعة المفحوصين الكلية يوجد تأثير مباشر ويوجد تأثير غير مباشر بتوسط مفهوم الذات، وتمت مناقشتها في ضوء الإطار النظري للبحث والدراسات السابقة. The study aims to test the validity of the theoretical relationship between academic compatibility and self concept and depressive symptoms, as illustrated by the proposed model and therefore reach a model determines the impact some important variables in depressive symptoms and in the light reflected by the research data. As well as treated expats group included 100 freshwomen students College education at King Khalid, in Abha Radom sample and use in the classroom 1) measure the academic compatibility of Mahmoud Alzayady 2) scale of depression (Beck) for depressive symptoms and 3) self concept scale (Byers - Harris) after their translation into Arabic, use search. Slope path analysis to identify trends of influence between the search variables through a causal model. Display search results to find the direct and indirect impact of the College as well as treated expats group using path analysis of academic compatibility and self-concept to depressive symptoms and the results for the group as well as treated expats College there is a direct effect and indirect effect is mediated self concept and discussed in the light of the theoretical framework for research and previous studies.
