هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات تطوير أداء مديرات المدارس بمنطقة عسير فى ضوء القيادة التحويلية وفق رؤية 2030، وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفى وبناء استبانة كأداة إحصائية للدراسة، تكونت من محورين (التأثير المثالى والتمكين)، وكان عدد الفقرات 21 فقرة، وتشكل مجتمع الدراسة من مديرات المدارس العامة للتربية والتعليم بمنطقة عسير، وبلغت العينة (159) مديرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، كان منها أن متطلبات تطوير أداء مديرات المدارس بالإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم بمنطقة عسير فى مجال التأثير المثالى جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة جداً) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة. جاءت العبارة "تقدم المديرة مصالح المدرسة على مصالحها الشخصية" فى المرتبة الأولى وكانت بمتوسط حسابى (4.64)، بينما جاءت العبارة "للمديرة قدرة عالية على الإبداع" بالمرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابى (4.24)، كما تبين أن متطلبات تطوير أداء مديرات المدارس بالإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم بمنطقة عسير فى مجال التمكين جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة جداً) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، حيث جاءت العبارة "الدقة فى اختيار المعلمات لأعمالهن فى كل تغيير يخطط له بالمدرسة" فى المرتبة الأولى، وكانت بمتوسط حسابى (4.58)، بينما جاءت العبارة "تفوض المديرة بعض صلاحياتها للمعلمات فى المدرسة" بالمرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابى (3.93). The study has aimed to determine the requirements for developing the performance of the school principals in Asir region in light of the transformational leadership according to the vision of 2030.
