هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمات الرياضيات للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج نحو استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن معوقات استخدامها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات الرياضيات للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام 1441هـ وعددهن (72) معلمة، استجاب منهن (60) معلمة، فيما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: وجود اتجاهات إيجابية لدى معلمات الرياضيات للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج نحو استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية، وجاءت تقديرات معلمات الرياضيات للمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج لمعوقات استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكترونية بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث كان أعلاها لمجال «المعوقات الإدارية» بدرجة مرفعة جدا، بينما كان أدناها لمجال «المعوقات المرتبطة بالمنهج الدراسي» بدرجة مرتفعة، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدمت الباحثتان عددا من التوصيات، منها: تصميم برمج تدريبية لمعلمات الرياضيات تختصص بكيفية استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكترونية قبل وأثناء الخدمة والتأكد من درجة صلاحيتها لاستخدامها في عملية التدريب، وأن تأخذ هذه البرامج صفة الاستمرارية، ضرورة وجود محفزات للالتحاق بالبرامج التدريبية المتخصصة في مجال استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية كالتفرغ التام، وإضافة نقاط للأداء الوظيفي. The study aimed to identify the attitudes of high school mathematics teachers in Al Kharj Governorate towards the use of electronic learning platforms in the educational process, in addition to reveal the obstacles to its use. The descriptive survey approach has been used. The study population consisted of all high school mathematics teachers in Al Kharj Governorate during the second semester of the year 1441 AH, and their number is (72) teachers, of whom (60) teachers responded, The questionnaire has been used as a tool to collect data, the study results revealed: There are positive attitudes among high school mathematics teachers in Al Kharj Governorate towards the use of electronic learning platforms in the educational process, and their estimates regarding the obstacles to the use of electronic learning platforms came at a high degree, whereas the highest degree went to the field of “administrative obstacles” with a very high degree, while the lowest degree went to the field of “curriculum-related obstacles” with a high degree. According to such results, the two researchers provided several recommendations, including: To design training programs for mathematics teachers specializing in how to use electronic learning platforms before and during work, to ensure the degree of their suitability for use in the training process, and such programs shall be continuous. It is necessary to have incentives to join training programs specialized in the field of using electronic learning platforms in the educational process, such as full-time, and adding scores for job performance.
