هدفت الدراسة إلى عرض التجربة الكورية للاستفادة منها في تطوير برامج التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم العام، والتعرف إلى واقع إدارة برامج التنمية المهنية للمعلمين في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء التجربة الكورية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي. وطبقت أداة الاستبانة على أفراد الدراسة الذين بلغ عددهم (630) مشرف ومشرفة تدريب موزعين على (46) إدارة رئيسية ومركز تدريب بأسلوب الحصر الشامل. من أهم نتائج الدراسة: تحليل التجربة الكورية في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين، أن واقع إدارة برامج التنمية المهنية للمعلمين في المملكة العربية السعودية جاء بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي عام بلغ (3.09)، حيث تأتي مرحلة تنفيذ برامج التنمية المهنية للمعلمين بالمرتبة الأولى، وتأتي مرحلة تصميم برامج التنمية المهنية بالمرتبة الثانية، ومرحلة تحديد الاحتياجات من برامج التنمية المهنية بالمرتبة الثالثة، ومرحلة تقويم برامج التنمية المهنية بالمرتبة الرابعة كأقل المراحل من حيث الموافقة. The study aimed to present the Korean experience to benefit from it in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in developing professional development programs for public school teachers, identifying the reality of managing professional development programs for teachers. The study used the descriptive survey method & the questionnaire was applied to the study members, who were 630 supervisors and training supervisors, distributed among 46 main departments and training centers using complete census method. The most important results of the study were: Analysis of the Korean experience in the professional development of teachers, The reality of managing professional development programs for teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia came to a medium degree with a general average of 3.09. The stage of implementing professional development programs for teachers ranked first, the stage of designing professional development programs ranked second, the stage of identifying the needs of professional development programs ranked third, and the stage of evaluation of professional development programs ranked fourth as the lowest stage in terms of approval. The degree of availability of policies supporting professional development programs for teachers came to a medium degree, with an average of 2.89. (Published abstract)
