هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى توجه متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى إلى استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة القائمة على التعليم الإلكتروني في تعلم اللغة العربية، وكذلك تعرف معوقات استخدام هذه الاستراتيجيات في التعلم؛ لذلك اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت استبانة بوصفها أداة رئيسة للحصول على استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من 84 متعلما من متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى في معهد اللغة العربية بالجامعة الإسلامية في المدينة المنورة. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: يوجد توجه بدرجة متوسطة من قبل متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى نحو استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة القائمة على التعليم الإلكتروني في تعلم اللغة العربية، وتوجد معوقات متوسطة لاستخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة القائمة على التعليم الإلكتروني في تعلم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول توجهاتهم نحو استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة القائمة على التعليم الإلكتروني في تعلم اللغة العربية تبعا لمتغير القارة التي يقطنون بها، وعدد الدورات التدريبية. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة أوصت الدراسة بعقد ورش عمل وندوات لتوضيح التعليمات اللازمة لكيفية استخدام الطلاب للبرامج الإلكترونية المخصصة لتعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها، وضرورة تعميم أهمية توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني في تعليم اللغة العربية بوصفها لغة ثانية بين المتعلمين. The study aimed to identify the inclination of non-native speakers of Arabic toward using e-learning-based modern technology in learning Arabic: a field study. The study followed the descriptive approach with a sample that consisted of 84 learners of non-native Arabic language learners at the Arabic Language Institute at the Islamic University of Madinah. The study relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for obtaining the responses of the sample members. The study came out with the following results: An average tendency by learners of Arabic for non-native speakers to use modern strategies was found based on e-learning in learning the Arabic language with moderate obstacles to using these strategies based on e-learning in learning Arabic for non-native speakers. The results also showed that no statistically significant differences in the sample's responses to their inclination towards using modern strategies based on e-learning in learning the Arabic language according to the variable of the continent in which they reside and the number of training courses. Considering the previous results, the study recommended holding workshops and seminars to clarify the necessary instructions for the way students can use e-programs dedicated to teaching Arabic to non-native speakers and the need to generalize the importance of employing e-learning in teaching Arabic as a second language among learners.
