هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى المناخ التربوي السائد في مدارس لواء بني كنانه وعلاقته بالاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمات، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) معلمة من معلمات المدارس الأساسية في لواء بني كنانة، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانتين، الأولى للتعرف إلى مستوى المناخ التربوي في المدارس وتكونت من (24) فقرة توزعت على ثلاثة مجالات: (الإدارة المدرسية، العلاقات والاتصال، والإجراءات والسياسات)، والثانية للكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمات، وتكونت من (24) فقرة توزعت على ثلاثة مجالات: (الإجهاد العاطفي، تبلد المشاعر، ونقص الشعور بالإنجاز). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن كل مجال من مجالات المناخ التربوي تراوحت ما بين (3.59-3.63)، حيث جاء مجالا "القيادة المدرسية، والعلاقات والاتصال" بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.63) وبدرجة متوسطة من التقدير، وجاء مجال "الإجراءات والسياسات" بمتوسط حسابي (3.59) وبدرجة متوسطة، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي للأداة (3.62) وبدرجة متوسطة من التقدير. كما بينت النتائج أن المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن كل مجال من مجالات الاحتراق النفسي تراوحت ما بين (2.53-3.58)، حيث جاء مجال "الإجهاد العاطفي" بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.58) وبدرجة متوسطة، تلاه مجال "تبلد المشاعر" بمتوسط حسابي (3.08) وبدرجة متوسطة، ومن ثم مجال "نقص الشعور بالإنجاز" بمتوسط حسابي (2.53) وبدرجة متوسطة، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي للأداة (3.13) وبدرجة متوسطة. وأكدت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المناخ التربوي السائد في المدارس والاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمات، حيث كانت جميع معاملات الارتباط بين المجالات دالة إحصائية. وأوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات المتعلقة بتحسين طبيعة المناخ التربوي بما يقلل من مستوى شعور المعلمات بالاحتراق أو الإجهاد النفسي. This study aimed to know the level of the educational climate prevailing in Bani Kenana primary schools, and its relationship to psychological burnout among female teachers. The study followed the descriptive correlative approach, the study sample consisted of (120) female teachers. The study used two questionnaires, the first to identify the level of the educational climate in schools and it consisted of (24) items distributed over three areas: (school administration, relations and communication, procedures and policies), and the second to reveal the level of psychological burnout among teachers, and it consisted of (24) items distributed on three areas: (emotional stress, dull feelings, and lack of a sense of accomplishment. The results of the study showed that the arithmetic averages of the estimates of the study sample for each field of the educational climate ranged between (3.59-3.63), where the fields of "school leadership, and relations and communication" ranked first with an arithmetic mean (3.63) and in a medium degree, and the field of "Procedures and Policies" came with a mean (3.59) and a medium degree, the total arithmetic mean of the questionnaire was (3.62) with a medium degree. The results also showed that the arithmetic averages of the estimates of the study sample for each field of psychological burnout ranged between (2.53-3.58), where the field of "Emotional stress" ranked first with an arithmetic average (3.58) and in a medium degree, followed by the field of "dullness of feelings" with an average arithmetic (3.08) with a medium degree, and then the field of "lack of sense of accomplishment" with an arithmetic mean (2.53) and in a medium degree, the total arithmetic mean of the questionnaire was (3.13) with a medium degree. The results confirmed the existence of a correlation between the educational climate prevailing in schools and the psychological burnout of female teachers, as all correlation coefficients between the domains were statistically significant. The researcher recommended a set of recommendations related to improving the nature of the educational climate in order to reduce the level of teachers' feelings of burnout or psychological stress.
