هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التطبيقات الرقمية عبر الأجهزة اللوحية في تنمية مهارات مادة العلوم لطالبات المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة أبها، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة الاستبانة، وتتكون مجتمع الدراسة الحالية من معلمات العلوم التابعات لمكتب التعليم بأبها بنات، وتقدر الباحثة عددهن بحوالي (140) معلمة. وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية، حيث تم اختيار (40) من معلمات العلوم التابعات لمكتب التعليم بأبها بنات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج هامة ومنها: تسهم التطبيقات الرقمية في علاج مشكلة الفروق الفردية بين الطالبات. تسهم التطبيقات الرقمية في تكوين اتجاهات تعليمية مرغوب فيها. يؤدي استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية إلى تكيف الطالبات مع المجتمع المحيط بهن. كما تسهم التطبيقات الرقمية في إكساب الطالبات المهارات الأكاديمية اللازمة. ومن التوصيات التي وضعتها الدراسة، ما يلي: عمل حملات توعوية بأهمية استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية في التعليم. عمل دورات متخصصة لمعلمات العلوم لتعريفهن بسبل استخدام التطبيقات الرقمية، الاستفادة من الخبرات الأجنبية في استخدام وتوظيف التطبيقات الرقمية في مجال التعليم. This study aimed to get acquainted with the topic of the role of digital applications via tablets in developing science skills for primary school students in Abha. The study used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire tool. The current study community consists of female science teachers from the Education Office with her daughters, and the researcher estimates that there are about 140 female teachers. The study sample was randomly chosen, with (40) female science teachers affiliated to the Education Office in Abha girls being chosen. The study reached important results, including: Digital applications contribute to treating the problem of individual differences between female students. Digital applications contribute to the formation of desirable educational trends. The use of digital applications adapts students to the surrounding community. Digital applications contribute to providing students with the academic skills necessary to adapt them. Among the recommendations developed by the study are the following: Conducting awareness campaigns on the importance of using digital applications in education. Make specialized courses for science teachers to introduce them to the ways of using digital applications. (Published abstract)
