هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى مديرات المدارس الأساسية الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم الأردنية في محافظة مأدبا وفق المؤهل التعليمي والعمر من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من أجل عمل الدراسة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من ثلاثين مديرة، وعينة الدراسة تتكون من عشرين مديرة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى المديرات جاء مرتفعا وبمتوسط حسابي (4.66). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق واضحة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) لكل من: المتغير والمؤهل التعليمي والعمر. وفي ضوء النتائج توصي وتتأمل الدراسة بعقد دورات وورش تعليمية وتوعوية للهيئة الإدارية والتعليمية لرفع وتعزيز درجة الذكاء الاجتماعي في المدارس الحكومية مما ينعكس على الأداء الوظيفي بشكل أفضل، ولذلك هناك ضرورة إعطاء المدارس الفرصة الأكبر من الاهتمام والتقدير، لينعكس على كافة مدارس المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية للأفضل. As the study population consisted of thirty female principals, and the study sample consisted of twenty female principals. These results were obtained from the results of the study, where the results of the study reached one meeting in a high city with an average of (4.66). The results of the study also showed that there were no clear statistically significant differences at the significance level (a=0.05) for each of the variables, educational qualification and age. In light of the results, the study recommends and contemplates holding educational and awareness sessions and workshops for the administrative and educational body to raise and enhance the degree of social intelligence in public schools, which is reflected in better job performance. Therefore, there is a need to give schools the greatest opportunity of attention and appreciation, to be reflected in all schools of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the better.
