هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في مدارس لواء المزار الجنوبي، والتعرف إلى دلالات الفروق في المتوسطات الحسابية مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية تعزى لمتغيرات الفرع الدراسي، والصف الدراسي، والمعدل، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (182) طالبة من طالبات الثانوية العامة في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء المزار الجنوبي، وتم التأكد من الصدق والثبات للدراسة من خلال عرضها على المحكمين. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية جاء بدرجة متوسطة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في مدارس لواء المزار الجنوبي، كما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الضغوط النفسية على المجالات والدرجة الكلية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الضغوط النفسية وفقا لمتغيرات الفرع الدراسي، ومتغير الصف الدراسي ومتغير المعدل. وأوصت الدراسة العمل على عقد الدورات التدريبية للطلبة بكيفية التعامل مع الضغوط النفسية وكيفية تجاوزها. The study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress among secondary school students in the schools of the Southern Mazar District, and to identify the significance of the differences in the arithmetic averages. Out of (182) high school students in government schools in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar Brigade, and the validity and reliability of the study were confirmed by presenting it to the arbitrators. The results of the study concluded that the level of psychological stress came to a medium degree among secondary school students in the schools of the Southern Mazar Brigade, and the results also concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in psychological stress on the domains and the total degree, and there were no statistically significant differences in psychological stress according to the variables of the academic branch. grade variable, and grade point variable. The study recommended working on holding training courses for students on how to deal with psychological stress and how to overcome it. (Published abstract)
