هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتحويل جامعة أسيوط إلى إحدى جامعات الجيل الرابع في ضوء أهداف التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استعرض مفهوم جامعات الجيل الرابع وخصائصها ومتطلباتها، وكذلك تحديد متطلبات تحويل جامعة أسيوط إلى إحدى جامعات الجيل الرابع في ضوء أهداف التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030. كما قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة موجهة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط، للتعرف على آرائهم حول مدى توافر متطلبات التحول لجامعات الجيل الرابع في جامعة أسيوط في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، تضمنت محورين: المحور الأول: مدى توافر متطلبات التحول لجامعات الجيل الرابع في جامعة أسيوط وقد ضم هذا المحور (80) عبارة موزعة على (8) أبعاد، هي (التعليم الفعال - البحث العلمي - الشراكة المجتمعية وخدمة المجتمع - القيادة والحوکمة - الجامعة الذكية - تنمية الإبداع والابتكار - التدويل والحراك الطلابي - القدرات التنافسية والجودة الشاملة). المحور الثاني: مدى توافر متطلبات تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030 في جامعة أسيوط، وقد ضم هذه المحور (26) عبارة موزعة على (4) أبعاد، هي (أهداف التنمية المستدامة - تحسين جودة النظام التعليمي بما يتوافق مع النظم العالمية - تحسين تنافسية نظم ومخرجات التعليم - الإتاحة والتمكين). تم تطبيق الاستبانة على مجموعة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط بعد حساب صدقها وثباتها، وفي ضوء تحليل نتائج الاستبانة تم تقديم تصور مقترح لتحويل جامعة أسيوط إلى إحدى جامعات الجيل الرابع في ضوء أهداف التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر 2030. The current study aimed to present a proposed vision for transforming Assiut University into one of the fourth-generation universities in light of the sustainable development goals and Egypt’s vision 2030. To achieve the goal of the study, the concept of fourth generation universities was reviewed, its characteristics and requirements, as well as determining the requirements for converting Assiut University into one of the fourth-generation universities in light of the objectives of the study. The researcher also designed a questionnaire directed to the faculty members at Assiut University, to get to know their views on the availability of the requirements for the transformation of the fourth-generation universities at Assiut University in the light of Egypt’s vision 2030, which included two axes. The first axis: the availability of the requirements for the transformation of the fourth-generation universities at Assiut University. This axis included (80) phrases distributed on (8) dimensions, namely (effective education - scientific research - community partnership and community service - leadership and governance - smart university - creativity development and innovation - internationalization and student mobility - competitive capabilities and overall quality). The second axis: the availability of requirements to achieve the sustainable development goals and Egypt’s vision 2030 at Assiut University, and this axis included (26) phrases distributed on (4) dimensions, namely (sustainable development goals - improving the quality of the educational system in line with global systems - improving Competitiveness of education systems and outputs - availability and empowerment). The questionnaire was applied to a group of faculty members at Assiut University after calculating its validity and reliability, and in the light of the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, a proposed scenario was presented to transform Assiut University into a fourth-generation university in light of the sustainable development goals and Egypt’s Vision 2030.
