هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في دولة الكويت للتمكين الشخصي في أدوارهم الإشرافية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (347) معلما ومعلمة، وتم إعداد استبانة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في دولة الكويت للتمكين الشخصي في أدوارهم الإشرافية مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع مجالات ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في دولة الكويت للتمكين الشخصي في أدوارهم الإشرافية باستثناء مجالي (العلاقات الإنسانية، والتقويم) حيث وجدت فروق لصالح الإناث. أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الحفاظ على المستوى المرتفع للتمكين الشخصي، والأداء الوظيفي بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية في دولة الكويت، والاهتمام بدرجة أكبر بمشاركة المدير للمعلمين في عملية اتخاذ القرارات، وخاصة المتعلقة بدورهم المهني. The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of school principals in Kuwait for personal empowerment in their supervisory roles from the point of view of teachers, and the analytical descriptive curriculum was used, the sample of the study consisted of (347) teachers, and a questionnaire was prepared to achieve the objectives of the study, and the study reached several results, the most important of which is: the degree of practice of school principals in Kuwait for personal empowerment in their supervisory roles is high, and the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences in all areas of practice of school principals of the stage Secondary school in Kuwait for personal empowerment in their supervisory roles except in the areas (human relations, calendar) where there were differences in favour of females, the study recommended: the need to maintain the high level of personal empowerment, the job performance of secondary schools in Kuwait, and greater attention to the participation of the director of teachers in the decision-making process, especially related to their professional role.
