هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات المعلمين والمعلمات حول فعالية الإشراف التربوي في اللغة العربية في مدرسة الفرير الثانوية في القدس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة لجمع المعلومات البحثية. تكونت الاستبانة من محورين، و(44) فقرة، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من أفراد البحث البالغ عددهم (50) معلم ومعلمة، كما طبقت هذه الدراسة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام 2021-2022م، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية (SPSS). أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج الآتية: أن اتجاهات المعلمين والمعلمات نحو فعالية الإشراف التربوي في اللغة العربية في مدرسة الفرير الثانوية كانت كبيرة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لهذه الدرجة على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الدراسة (3.90)، وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة اتجاهات المعلمين والمعلمات نحو فعالية الأشراف التربوي في اللغة العربية في مدرسة الفرير الثانوية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والوظيفة. This study aimed to identify the attitudes of male and female teachers about the effectiveness of educational supervision in the Arabic language at Al-Farir secondary school in Jerusalem. The study was conducted on a sample of 50 male and female teachers, and this study was applied during the first semester of the year 2021-2022, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the study resulted in the following results: The degree of teachers’ attitudes And the female teachers towards the effectiveness of educational supervision in the Arabic language in Al-Farir Secondary School were great, as the arithmetic mean of this degree was on the total degree of the study scale (3.90),and there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of teachers' attitudes towards the effectiveness of educational supervision in the Arabic language at Al-Farir secondary school due to the variable of academic qualification, experience, and job.
