هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الممارسات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى المعلمين في الأردن. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية تكونت من (544) معلما من وزارة التربية والتعليم بواقع (192) معلما و(352) معلمة. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، إذ تم بناء أداة لتحديد مؤشرات لقياس ممارسات التدريس الإبداعي من خلال عرضها على المحكمين والتأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسات التدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم لممارسات التدريس الإبداعي تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح المعلمات، وكشفت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق تعزى للمتغيرات (الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي). أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تنمية الممارسات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم من خلال تدريبهم عليها، والعمل على توظيف مهارات التدريس الإبداعي في التخصصات المختلفة. The study aimed to identify the reality of creative teaching practices among Jordanian teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a stratified random sample was selected that consisted of (544) male and female teachers working in the Ministry of Education, (192) male and (352) female teachers. Descriptive survey approach was employed. A study instrument was built to determine the indicators necessary to measure the practices of creative teaching. To ensure the validity and reliability of the instrument, it was judged by a number of referees. The results showed that teachers' creative teaching practices came to a medium degree. The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the average teachers' degrees of creative teaching practices due to gender. It also indicated that there were no differences due to experience, specialization, educational qualification and training workshops. The study recommended developing creative teaching practices among Jordanian teachers through training them, and employing creative teaching skills in various disciplines. (Published abstract)
