هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى سلوك الصمت التنظيمي وسبل التغلب عليه لدى معلمي المدارس الثانوية التابعة لبلدية القدس من وجهة نظرهم، وبيان مدى اختلاف مستوى سلوك الصمت التنظيمي باختلاف الجنس، والمؤهل، وسنوات الخبرة. طبق المنهج الوصفي المعتمد على الاستبانة، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية قوامها (120) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الثانوية التابعة لبلدية القدس بنسبة 16% من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (750) معلما ومعلمة. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى سلوك الصمت التنظيمي لدى المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، مع وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة في مستوى سلوك الصمت التنظيمي لدى المعلمين. This study aims at recognizing the organizational silence behavior and ways of overcoming it as perceived by municipality secondary schools' teachers at Al-Quds. It also intends to show the difference in the level of organizational silence due to gender, academic qualification and years of experience. Using a questionnaire- based descriptive method, the researcher selected a sample of 120 male and female teachers which formed 16% of the whole population that counted 750 teachers from the municipality secondary schools at Al-Quds. Results showed that the degree of organizational silence level of teachers was medium with some statistically significant differences due to gender for the favor of females; no differences were found among teachers in the level of organizational silence behavior due to academic qualification or years of experiences.
