هدفت الدراسة إلى تصميم برمجية تعليمية قائمة على التعلّم المقلوب في تنمية تحصيل تلاميذ الصف الثالث المتوسط بمحافظة بلجرشي لمقرر الحاسب الآلي وتقنية المعلومات والكشف عن فاعليتها في تنمية التحصيل الدراسي، واتبعت الدّراسة المنهج التجريبي ذي التصميم شبه التجريبي باستخدام مجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة، حيث تكونت عينة الدّراسة من (50) طالبا من طلاب الصف الثالث المتوسط بمحافظة بلجرشي، وتم توزيعها عشوائيا على مجموعتين (25) طالبا بالمجموعة التجريبية (درست باستخدام التعلم المقلوب) و(25) طالبا بالمجموعة الضابطة (درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية). وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في اختبار تحصيلي لقياس مفاهيم الوحدة السابعة من مقرر الحاسب وتقنية المعلومات "الإنترنت ومهارات البحث" لدى طلاب الصف الثالث المتوسط وقياس تحصيلهم في الوحدة، تكون الاختبار من (30) فقرة من نوع الاختيار من متعدد. كما تم تصميم برمجية تعليمية قائمة على التعلّم المقلوب في تدريس الوحدة التعليمية، وقد تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للاختبار التحصيلي من الصدق والثبات بتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية من خارج عينة الدراسة الأصلية. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فاعلية استخدام التعلم المقلوب في تنمية التحصيل الدراسي بالوحدة السابعة من مقرر الحاسب وتقنية المعلومات "الإنترنت ومهارات البحث" لطلاب الصف الثالث المتوسط، حيث تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) بين متوسطات درجات الاختبار التحصيلي لطلاب الصف الثالث المتوسط بالمجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي ومستوياته المعرفية (التذكر، الفهم، التطبيق)، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدالة (0.05≥α) بين متوسطات درجات طلاب الصف الثالث المتوسط بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح البعدي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة كشف الباحث عن فاعيلة استخدام التعلم المقلوب في تدريس موضوعات مقرر الحاسب وتقنية المعلومات، وتدريب المعلمين على استخدامه. The study aimed to design educational software based on flipped learning of the third intermediate grade students achievement in computer and information technology subject, in the province of Baljarshi, and detection of its effectiveness in the improvement of academic achievement, the study followed the semi-experimental method, (using the experimental and control groups). The study sample consisted of (50) students, who were randomly selected from the 3rd intermediate grade students, in Baljarshi, distributed to two groups (25) in the experimental group (studied using flipped learning) and (25) (control students). The study tool was an achievement test measure the concepts of the computer and information technology course, "internet and research skills" at the middle third grade students. It consisted of (30) multiple choice types, the psychometric characteristics of the achievement test were verified by the validity and reliability from the outside of the sample of the original study. The study results showed that there were a statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average test scores on the achievement test, which was referred to the influence of flipped learning software. Furthermore, the results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the use of flipped learning in the improvement of academic achievement in the seventh unit of the computer and information technology course "internet and research skills" between the average scores of the third-grade students in the experimental group and the control in the post-application of the cognitive test and its cognitive levels (remembering, understanding, application). In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended using flipped learning in teaching computer and information technology courses, and training teachers to use it. (Published abstract)
