هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لمهامهم الإشرافية، وقد أجريت الدراسة على معلمى المدارس الحكومية للمرحلة الإبتدائية في مكتب الوسط بمحافظة بيشة، وذلك خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 1435-1436هـ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة في جميع معلمي مدارس التعليم الحكومي بجميع مراحله (إبتدائي - متوسط - ثانوي) في مكتب الوسط فى محافظة بيشة، والبالغ عددهم (4103) معلماً وفق التقرير الإحصائي للعام الدراسي، 1435- 1436هـ. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) فأقل بين متوسطات تقديرات المعلمين بمدارس التعليم العام حول درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس (للنمو المهني، والتخطيط للتدريس) في مكتب الوسط بمحافظة بيشة تعزى إلى متغير المرحلة التعليمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) فأقل بين متوسطات تقديرات المعلمين بمدارس المتوسطة والثانوية حول درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس (لتطوير المناهج) في مكتب الوسط بمحافظة بيشة، لصالح أفراد الدراسة بالمدارس المتوسطة، وأيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات المعلمين بمدارس المتوسطة والإبتدائية حول درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس (لتطوير العلاقات الإنسانية) في مكتب الوسط بمحافظة بيشة، لصالح أفراد الدارسة بالمدارس المتوسطة. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) فأقل بين متوسطات تقديرات المعلمين بمدارس التعليم العام حول درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لمهامهم الإشرافية في مكتب الوسط بمحافظة بيشة تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات من أهمها ضرورة العمل على كل ما يعزز من ممارسة مديري المدارس فى مكتب الوسط بمحافظة بيشة لمهامهم الإشرافية، والبحث في العوامل التي تحد من ممارسة مديري المدارس في مكتب الوسط بمحافظة بيشة لمهامهم الإشرافية ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها. This study aimed to identify the degree of schools their supervisory tasks managers, the study was conducted on government school teachers at the primary level in Al-Wasat office Bisha, during the first semester of the academic year 1435-1436 E. And be a community study of all teachers in government schools of all levels of education (primary medium secondary) in the middle office in Bisha, totaling (4103) teachers according to statistical report for the academic year: 1436-1435 H. The results of the study were that there were no statistically significant differences at the (α= 0.05) level or less between the mean estimates of teachers at public schools about the degree of principals (for professional growth and planning to teach) in the middle office Bisha attributed to the educational stage variable. And the presence of statistically significant differences at the (α= 0.05) level or less between the average teacher estimates middle and high schools about the degree of principals (curriculum development) in the middle office Bisha, for the benefit of members of the study, middle schools, and also the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers estimates middle and primary schools differences about the degree of principals (for the development of human relations) in Al-Wasat office Bisha, for the benefit of members of the study middle schools. And the lack of statistically significant differences at the (α=0.05) level or less between the mean estimates of teachers at public schools about the degree of school principals supervisory duties in the middle office Bisha attributable to variable years of experience, qualification and variable. In light of these findings the researcher made some recommendations and suggestions of the most important need to work on everything that enhances the practice of school principals in the middle office Bisha their supervisory tasks, and research in the factors that limit the exercise of the principals in Al-Wasat office Bisha their supervisory tasks and develop ap-propriate solutions.
