هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد قائمة بالمعايير المهنية اللازمة لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة المتوسطة، والتعرف على أثر الخبرة والتخصص من حيث مدى توافر المعايير لدى مجموعة من المعلمين، تكونت عينة المختصين: من (80) مختصا ممن يعملون بتعليم الدراسات الاجتماعية من أساتذه جامعات، ومشرفين تربويين في تخصص المناهج وطرق التدريس، ومعلمين بالمدينة المنورة لتحديد قائمة بالمعايير المهنية اللازمة لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة المتوسطة،وعينة المعلمين: من (40) معلم من معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية، وتم تطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة والمقابلة عليهم لتحديد مدى توافر المعايير المهنية لديهم، وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن ثبوت المعايير اللازمة لدى معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة المتوسطة، وأن توافر المعايير المهنية لدى المعلمين جاءت بنسبة قليلة باستثناء المعيار المتعلق بأخلاقيات العمل فقد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعه، والمعيار المتعلق بالتثقيف التكنولوجي بنسبة متوسطة، ولا يوجد أثر للخبرة على توافر المعايير بشكل عام إلا في معيار التفاعل، حيث تظهر النتائج أن المعلمين ذوي الخبرة القصيرة يتوافر لديهم معيار التفاعل بشكل أكبر من ذوي الخبرة المتوسطة والطويلة ، وأن المعلمين ذوي الخبرة الطويلة يتوافر لديهم معيار التفاعل بشكل أكبر من ذوي الخبرة المتوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج أن المعلمين ذوي الخبرة القصيرة يتوافر لديهم معيار التقويم بشكل أكبر من ذوي الخبرة المتوسطة، وأن المعلمين ذوي الخبرة المرتفعة يتوافر لديهم معيار التقويم بشكل أكبر من ذوي الخبرة القصيرة والمتوسطة، ولا يوجد فروق في التخصص على توافر المعايير بشكل عام إلا في معيار الإبداع ، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن معلمي التاريخ يتوافر لديهم معيار الإبداع بشكل أكبر من معلمي الجغرافيا، وأن معلمي الجغرافيا يتوافر لديهم معيار التثقيف التكنولوجي بشكل أكبر من معلمي التاريخ. This study aimed at determining a list of the professional standards for the teachers of Social Studies at the Prep Stage, and determining the extent to which these standards are possessed by a group of Social Studies teachers at the Prep Stage. It also aimed at identifying the impact of both the experience and specialization of a group of the Social Studies teachers in terms of the professional standards they possess, as well as developing a proposal to develop the performance of the teachers of the Social Studies. The study sample consisted of (80) specialist who work teaching social studies from university professors, and supervisors’ educators majoring in curriculum and teaching methods, and Social Studies teachers in Al-Medina Al-Munawarah. and sample of teachers: From (40) teacher social studies teachers Prep Stage, was applied in the study, an observation sheet, and a guided interview sheet, the results of the study revealed that all of the proposed standards (including all indicators) were accepted as to be needed in the contemporary professional standards that should be possessed that all on proven standards for the social studies teachers phase medium, and the availability of professional standards of teachers came by a few exception of criteria relating to business ethics has The high degree, the standard relating to education technology by medium, and there is no trace of the experience on the availability of standards in general, but in standard interaction where the results show that teachers experienced short they possess standard interaction larger experienced medium and long term, and that teachers with long experience available They have standard interaction larger experienced medium, and the results showed that teachers experienced short they possess standard Calendar larger experienced medium, although teachers experienced high they possess standard Calendar larger experienced short-and medium-sized, and there are n the availability of specialty standards in general, but in the standard of creativity, where the results showed that history teachers have available standard larger creativity of teachers of geography, and geography teachers have available standard larger technological education of history teachers.
