هدف البحث تحديد متطلبات تحقيق التميز المؤسسي داخل بيئة الجامعات المصرية، وأهم التهديدات التي تشكل عائقا دون توفير مؤسسات الجامعات المصرية لمتطلبات التميز المؤسسي على ضوء رؤية مصر 2030م، من أجل تعزيز قدرتها التنافسية في التصنيفات العالمية، وصولا لجامعات مصرية متميزة عالميا، ولقد عرض البحث لفلسفة التميز المؤسسي، الأبعاد والنماذج العالمية المعاصرة، وأهم مبررات دراسة التميز المؤسسي (الاجتماعية -الاقتصادية - البيئية)، ومتطلبات التميز المؤسسي (الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية - البيئية)، ثم قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات الخاصة بمتطلبات تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في الجامعات المصرية على ضوء رؤية مصر 2030م. The aim of the research is to determine the requirements for achieving institutional excellence within the environment of Egyptian universities, and the most important threats that constitute an obstacle to providing the institutions of Egyptian universities with the requirements of institutional excellence in the light of Egypt’s vision 2030, in order to enhance their competitiveness in international rankings, leading to globally distinguished Egyptian universities, and the research presented the philosophy of institutional excellence, contemporary global dimensions and models, and the most important justifications for studying institutional excellence (social - economic - environmental), and requirements for institutional excellence (social - economic - environmental), then the research presented a set of recommendations for the requirements of achieving institutional excellence in Egyptian universities in the light of the vision of Egypt 2030.
