يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الخبرة الماليزية في التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية لمعلم التعليم الثانوي وذلك بهدف الاستفادة منها في تطوير التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية لمعلم التعليم الثانوي بجمهورية مصر العربية وبما يتناسب مع ظروف المجتمع المصري بالإضافة إلى الاستفادة من نتائجها في تطوير مهارات معلمي التعليم الثانوي وتوفير فرص تدريبية مناسبة لظروفهم وإمكانياتهم مما يحقق عدة مباديء تتمثل في العدالة الإجتماعية والديموقراطية وتكافؤ الفرص بين المعلمين في الالتحاق ببرامج التدريب في المكان والزمان المناسب لهم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد تم استخدام المنهج المقارن. وأسفر البحث الحالي عن مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها : 1) تعدد وتنوع أساليب وبرامج التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية في ماليزيا. 2) تعدد وتنوع مصادر تمويل التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية ماليزيا. 3) التخطيط الجيد لنظام التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية لمعلم التعليم الثانوى بماليزيا. 4) يتم تفعيل التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية فى كل من جمهورية مصر العربية وماليزيا من خلال مشاركة وتعاون الهيئات والوزارات الأخرى مع وزارة التعليم مما يسهم فى تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة والإرتقاء بمستوى أداء المعلم ومن ثم الإرتقاء بالمؤسسة التابع لها. 5) تنوع الأدوات المستخدمة في عملية التقويم للمعلم الملتحق بالبرنامج التدريبي. The current research aims to study the Malaysian experience in electronic professional development and to review the most important methods and electronic professional development programs in order to benefit from them in developing electronic professional development in the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of its conditions and capabilities, which helps to apply electronic professional development and benefit from its results in developing the skills of secondary education teachers And providing training opportunities appropriate to their circumstances and capabilities, thus achieving several principles represented in social justice, democracy, and equal opportunities for teachers to enroll in training programs in the place and time appropriate for them. To achieve this goal, the comparative approach has been used. The current search resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: 1) The multiplicity and diversity of electronic professional development methods and programs in Malaysia. 2) The multiplicity and diversity of electronic professional development financing sources in Malaysia. 3) Good planning for the electronic professional development system for secondary education teachers in Malaysia. 4) Activating the electronic professional development in Malaysia and Egypt through the participation and cooperation of other bodies and ministries with the Ministry of Education, which contributes to achieving the desired goals and raising the level of teacher performance and then upgrading the institution affiliated with it. 5) The diversity of tools used in the evaluation process for the teacher enrolled in the training program.
