"استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على واقع الثقافة التربوية للإشراف الإلكتروني بمدارس التعليم الأساسي ومحاولة توجيه أنظار المسئولين عن الإشراف الإلكتروني بالدولة إلى الاهتمام بتطوير الثقافة التربوية للإشراف الإلكتروني، من خلال توفير المتطلبات البشرية والاقتصادية والسياسية والتقنيات الرقمية التي تساعد في تطويرها، واستخدم الباحثون في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي من أجل جمع وتحليل المعلومات حول موضوع البحث، كما تضمن البحث إطارا نظريا ركز على أبعاد الثقافة التربوية للإشراف الإلكتروني بمدارس التعليم الأساسي وواقع تحقيقها بها، وطبق الباحثون استبانة من إعدادهم على عينة من المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج وتم تحديد خمس إدارات تعليمية وهي إدارة طما لتمثل شمال المحافظة، وإدارة البلينا لتمثل جنوب المحافظة، وإدارة سوهاج لتمثل وسط المحافظة، وإدارة أخميم لتمثل شرق المحافظة، وإدارة جهينة لتمثل غرب المحافظة . وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود قصور في الاهتمام بتطوير الثقافة التربوية للإشراف الإلكتروني بالتعليم الأساسي، وضعف المتطلبات البشرية والتكنولوجية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية لتطوير الثقافة التربوية للإشراف الإلكتروني، وضعف وعي المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين حول الأفكار والمعتقدات والقيم التربوية اللازمة لتطوير الثقافة التربوية للإشراف الإلكتروني، وضعف الإعداد الأكاديمي للمشرفين التربويين حول توظيف التقنيات الرقمية بالإشراف الإلكتروني وقلة الدورات والندوات المقدمة للمعلمين والمشرفين التربويين حول توظيف التقنيات الرقمية بالتعليم وتطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني، فضلا عن الدور السلبي لوسائل الإعلام فيما يتعلق بنشر ثقافة التحول الرقمي وتطوير الأفكار والمعتقدات التربوية للإشراف الإلكتروني وزيادة الوعي العام بأهمية تطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني، وكذلك ضعف ثقافة الحوار بين المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين وقلة الوعي العام حول آداب التواصل الإلكتروني. وفي ضوء نتائج هذا البحث قدم الباحثون توصيات ومقترحات لتطوير الثقافة التربوية للإشراف الإلكتروني بالتعليم الأساسي مع توفير آليات للتنفيذ. The current research aims to identify the reality of the educational culture of electronic supervision in basic education schools and try to direct the attention of those responsible for electronic supervision in the country to the interest in developing the educational culture of electronic supervision, by providing human, economic and political requirements and digital technologies that help in its development, and the researchers used in this research the descriptive approach In order to collect and analyze information on the topic of research. The research also included a theoretical framework that focused on the educational culture dimensions of electronic supervision in basic education schools and the reality of achieving it in basic education schools. The researchers applied a questionnaire prepared by them on a sample of teachers and educational supervisors in basic education schools in Sohag Governorate. Five educational departments were identified, namely: Tema administration to represent the north of the governorate, Al Balina administration represents the south of the governorate, Sohag administration represents the center of the governorate, Akhmim administration represents the east of the governorate, and Juhaina administration represents the west of the governorate. The results of the research revealed a deficiency in the interest in developing the educational culture of electronic supervision in basic education, the weakness of the human, technological, political, economic and social requirements for the development of the educational culture of electronic supervision, and the weak awareness of teachers and educational supervisors about the educational ideas, beliefs and values necessary to develop the educational culture of electronic supervision, and the weak academic preparation for educational supervisors on employing digital technologies through electronic supervision, and the lack of courses and seminars offered to teachers and educational supervisors on the use of digital technologies in education and the application of electronic supervision, In addition to the negative role of the media in spreading a culture of digital transformation, developing educational ideas and beliefs for electronic supervision and increasing public awareness of the importance of applying electronic supervision, as well as the weak culture of dialogue between teachers and educational supervisors and the lack of public awareness about the etiquette of electronic communication. In light of the results of this research, the researchers presented recommendations and proposals to develop the educational culture of electronic supervision in basic education while providing mechanisms for implementation.
