هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف علي العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاحتراق النفسي والتنمر الوظيفي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. وبلغت عينة الدراسة 130 من معلمات رياض الأطفال. أما الأدوات المستخدمة فهي: 1) مقياس الاحتراق النفسي (اعداد عادل عبد الله). 2) مقياس التنمر الوظيفي (اعداد الباحثة). تمّ التوصل لمجموعة من النتائج منها: 1) توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي والتنمر الوظيفي "بعد التنمر بين الزملاء" لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. 2) توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين الاحتراق النفسي والتنمر الوظيفي "بعد التنمر على الأطفال" لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. كلما زاد الاحتراق النفسي على المعلمة، كلما زاد التنمر الوظيفي لديها، والعكس صحيح. The study aims at the connectivity relationship between psychological burnout and work place bullying of kindergarten female teachers. The sample of the study reached 130 from of kindergarten female teachers. The tools used in this study are as following: 1) burnout psychological scale (prepared by Adel Abdalla). 2) Workplace bullying scale (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study are as following: 1) there are statistically significant relationship between psychological burnout and work place bullying "bullying among colleagues" of kindergarten female teachers. 2) There are statistically significant relationship between psychological burnout and work place bullying "bullying on the children" of kindergarten female teachers. The more psychological burnout on teachers are, the more work place bullying they have and vice versa. (Published abstract)
