هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الأدارة التشاركية في إدارة مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج، والتعرف على معوقات تطبيق الأدارة التشاركية في مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج . أجرى البحث في كل من إدارة: طهطا التعليمية، وسوهاج التعليمية، وجرجا التعليمية. وتكونت عينة البحث من (630) عضوا من أعضاء مجلس إدارة المدرسة تم أختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. استخدمت الاستبانة التي تكونت من (40) وتضمنت واقع استخدام الأدارة التشاركية بمدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي، واقع تحقيق مجلس إدارة المدرسة لأهدافة واختصاصاته، ومعوقات تطبيق الإدارة التشاركية في إدارة المدرسة، وتم تحليل البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الحزم الأحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى :1) تبين أن درجة أستخدام الإدارة التشاركية في إدارة مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر أعضاء مجلس إدارة المدرسة كانت متوسطة بمجملها. 2) تبين أن معوقات أستخدام الإدارة التشاركية في إدارة مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج كأنت كبيرة بمجملها .وبناء على نتائج البحث تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The aim of the research is to identify the validity of the participatory management in the management of the schools of the second cycle of basic education in Sohag governorate. The research was conducted in each of the administrations: Tahta, Sohag, and Gerga. The research sample consisted of (630) members of the school board of directors chosen randomly using a questionnaire that consisted of (40) including the reality of using participatory management in the schools of the second cycle, the reality of the school board’s achievement of its objectives and competencies, and the obstacles to the application of participatory management in the school administration. The data was analyzed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the results of the research reached: 1) It was found that the degree of using participatory management in the management of the schools of the second cycle of basic education, from the diagram of the school board members, was average as a whole. 2) It was found that the obstacles to the use of participatory management in the management of the schools of the second cycle of basic education in Sohag governorate were large as a whole. Based on the research results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented. (Published abstract)
