هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق أبعاد القيادة الريادية (المخاطرة، الإبداع، الاستباقية، الرؤية الإستراتيجية) لدى القيادات الإدارية في الإدارة العامة لتعليم عسير من وجهة نظرهم، والكشف عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيَّة حول واقع تطبيق أبعاد القيادة الريادية تلك القيادات تعزى إلى المتغيرات (الوظيفة، الخبرة، عدد البرامج التدريبية المتخصصة)، والتعرف على معوقات تطبيقها؛ ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من عينة من القيادات الإدارية في الإدارة العامة لتعليم عسير البالغ عددهم (82). أهم نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى تطبيق أبعاد القيادة الريادية لدى القيادات الإدارية في الإدارة العامة لتعليم عسير جاء بواقع ممارسة مرتفعة، في المرتبة الأولى بعد (الإبداع)، يليه بعد (الرؤية الإستراتيجية)، ثم (الاستباقية)، ثم (المخاطرة) كأقلها تطبيقا، وما يتعلّق بالفروق الدالة إحصائيا فقد اتضح وجود فروق دالة إحصائيّة بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة، لصالح أفراد عينة البحث بوظيفة مدير، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري (سنوات الخبرة، البرامج التدريبية المتخصصة)، وتوصّلت النتائج إلى أن أهم المعوقات هو افتقار البيئة التي يقودها القائد الإداري للموارد المالية والمادية والبشرية، وخلصت إلى مجموعة توصيات لممارسة القيادة الريادية. The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of the dimensions of pioneering leadership (risk, creativity, proactiveness, and strategic vision) among the administrative leaders in the Asir Education Department from their point of view, and to reveal the existence of statistically significant differences about the reality of the application due to the variable (job, experience, specialized training programs), and the obstacles to implementation, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the survey method was adopted and the questionnaire was used for the sample of the study population, which numbered (82) leaders. The most important results of the study are that the level of application by Aseer Education leaders of the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership was high, in the first (creativity), then (strategic vision), then (proactive), and finally (risk), and it became clear that there are statistically significant differences in the average responses of the sample members. There are no differences attributed to (years of experience, specialized training programs), and one of the most important obstacles is the lack of resources in the environment of the administrative leader, and concluded with a set of recommendations for the practice of entrepreneurial leadership.
