The study aimed to determine the effect of organizational memory on improving the performance of administrative leaders at Al-Arish University. This study relied on the descriptive approach where data were collected through primary and secondary sources. And general managers, directors of administration and heads of departments). The study concluded that there are some obstacles to improve the performance of administrative leaders using organizational memory. This may be due to the departure of administrative leaders from the use of modern administrative methods. A proposed concept was developed to improve the performance of the administrative leaders at Al-Arish University using organizational memory. (Published abstract)
