هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور برامج الحي المتعلم في تعزيز التعلم مدى الحياة، ووضع رؤية مقترحة لتطوير برامج الحي المتعلم في ضوء هذه الفلسفة، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال استعراض مجموعة من الدراسات والأبحاث التي تناولت برامج الحي المتعلم، والتعلم مدى الحياة، وتوصل البحث إلى أن برنامج الحي المتعلم يعد من الأساليب الفاعلة التي تعزز المهارات الحياتية، ويقدم برامج محو الأمية بمختلف معانيها (الأبجدية، الثقافية، الاجتماعية، المهنية)، ويكسب المرأة بعض المهارات التطبيقية في مجال تنظيم المنزل ورعاية الأسرة والصحة العامة والرفع من كفاءة المرأة الحياتية، ودعم ونشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي، والثقافة الصحية، وتعزيز المواطنة بين أفراد المجتمع في جميع نواحي الحياة. كما ويتم تنفيذ برامج الحي المتعلم عبر عدة مراحل هي (التجهيز لافتتاح برنامج الحي المتعلم، مرحلة التنفيذ الفعلية، مرحلة المتابعة والإشراف والتقييم)؛ وفي ضوء ذلك تم وضع رؤية تطويرية لبرامج الحي المتعلم بالارتكاز على فلسفة التعلم مدى الحياة. The aim of the research is to identify the role of the learned neighborhood programs in promoting lifelong learning, and to develop a proposed vision for developing the learning neighborhood programs in light of this philosophy. The research indicates that the Learned Neighborhood Program is one of the effective methods that enhance life skills, and provides literacy programs in its various meanings (alphabet, cultural, social, professional ..), and acquires women some applied skills in the field of home planning, family care, public health and raising the efficiency of Life women, supporting and spreading the culture of volunteer work, a healthy culture, and promoting citizenship among members of society in all aspects of life. In addition, the learning neighborhood programs are implemented through several stages, which are (preparation for the opening of the learning neighborhood program, the actual implementation phase, the follow-up and supervision phase). In light of this, a development vision was developed for the Learning Neighborhood programs in a way that strengthens the philosophy of lifelong learning. (Published abstract)
