هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور للتكامل بين المناخ التربوي، وعملية إدارة المعرفة في المدارس الثانوية العامة، من خلال: 1) تحديد الإطار المفاهيمى لمعايير المناخ التربوي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة. 2) تحديد الإطار المفاهيمى لإدارة عملية تطبيق المعرفة بالمدارس الثانوية العامة. 3) تأكيد مظاهر التكامل بين معايير المناخ التربوي، وإدارة عملية تطبيق المعرفة في المدارس الثانوية العامة من وجهة نظر المعلمين. توصلت الدراسة إلى: وجود علاقة تكامل بين المناخ التربوي وعملية تطبيق المعرفة حيث تتضح مظاهر التكامل من خلال استجابة أفراد العينة والاتفاق على أن المعرفة التعليمية يتضح أثرها في صورة خدمات تعليمية تقدم للمتعلمين. The objective of the research to the conceptualization of the complementarity between the educational climate, and the process of knowledge management in general secondary schools. Through: 1) The identification of the conceptual framework of the standards of the educational climate secondary schools of the General Assembly.2) Identification of the conceptual framework for the management of the process of the application of the knowledge of the Secondary Schools of the General Assembly. 3) Confirmation of the manifestations of the complementarity between the criteria of educational climate, the management of the process of the application of knowledge in the general secondary schools from the point of view of the teachers. The study found: the existence of a relationship of complementarity between the educational climate and the application of the knowledge where clear manifestations of integration through the response of the sample members agree that the educational.
