The study aimed at: Knowing the role of educational supervisors in achieving sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers in the Tabuk educational region from the point of view of educational leaders, and the study used: Descriptive Approach as the curriculum for the current study, and applied the questionnaire tool, which consisted of (41) paragraphs, on a sample of (41) paragraphs. 287) from the leaders of the educational administration in the Tabuk educational region. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: The role of educational supervisors in achieving development for secondary school teachers in the Tabuk educational region from the point of view of educational leaders, had a great impact on developing their skills and developing their teaching methods and strategies, and the existence of a set of problems to achieve professional development. For secondary school teachers, it is related to the motivation of the teacher, and others related to the planning and organization of training, in addition to the existence of problems related to the school and training management. That the training programs are not sufficient to qualify the educational supervisors to carry out the tasks assigned to them, that the duration of the training programs is insufficient, and that the training methods depend on theoretical lectures to a large degree, and that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average degrees of the study sample, males and females in the role of educational supervisors. In achieving sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers from the point of view of educational leaders in favor of: (females). That the training programs are not sufficient to qualify the educational supervisors to carry out the tasks assigned to them, that the duration of the training programs is insufficient, and that the training methods depend on theoretical lectures to a large degree, and that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average degrees of the study sample, males and females in the role of educational supervisors. In achieving sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers from the point of view of educational leaders in favor of: (females). The presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the study sample of those with the type of government education and those with the type of private education for the role of educational supervisors in achieving sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers from the point of view of educational leaders in favor of those with type: (private education) and there are no differences A statistical function between the averages of the responses of the study sample according to the experience variable (less than 10 years - from 10 to 20 years - more than 20 years) on the questionnaire of the role of educational supervisors in achieving sustainable professional development for secondary school teachers from the point of view of educational leaders. Recommendations: Among the most important of them were the following: Promoting the concept of educational supervision, stating its importance, and its role in achieving sustainable professional development for teachers, the necessity of providing long-term training programs to qualify educational supervisors, and the necessity of diversifying methods, procedures, activities, training programs, and professional development, and their diversity.
