يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في دعم مدارس التعليم المجتمعي، وتحقيق شراكة مجتمعية حقيقية. تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في مدارس التعليم المجتمعي؟ تكونت العينة من (60) عضوا، شملت (40) ميسرة من ميسرات الفصل الواحد من محافظة الدقهلية، و(20) فردا من منظمات المجتمع المدني. طبقت استبانة، بهدف الوقوف على: دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في مدارس التعليم المجتمعي (مدارس الفصل الواحد). وقد أشارت النتائج إلى: وجود اختلافات بين رأي ميسرات الفصل الواحد، ورأي منظمات المجتمع المدني في مدارس الفصل الواحد، ترجع هذه الاختلافات إلى الأسباب التالية: 1) الميسرات أكثر معايشة للعملية التعليمية؛ فهم يرصدون واقع هذه المدارس كما يرونه يوميا. 2) منظمات المجتمع المدني لا تعمل بصورة جماعية؛ حيث لا يوجد بينهم تنسيق في مجال التعليم المجتمعي؛ فكل منهم يعمل على حدة؛ ويتركز اهتمام كل منظمة بفئة معينة؛ فمثلا: المجلس القومي يهتم بمدارس صديقة الفتيات فقط، ومنظمة اليونيسيف تهتم بمدارس المجتمع فقط، والجمعيات الأهلية (كمؤسسة مصر الخير) تهتم بالأطفال في ظروف صعبة، أما مدارس الفصل الواحد لا تتمتع بحقوقها كاملة؛ لأنها مبادرة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم. وانتهى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The objective of this research is to identify the role of civil society organizations in community education schools and to achieve real community partnership. To achieve this objective, the researcher should answer the following main question: What is the role of civil society organizations in community education schools? The research sample consisted of (60) members, including (40) one-classroom schools facilitators from Dakahlia governorate, and (20) civil society organizations. The researcher designed a questionnaire, which included a main focus: the role of civil society organizations in community education schools (one-classroom schools). The results of the field research indicate: There are differences between the opinion of the facilitators of one one-classroom schools, and the opinion of civil society organizations in the schools of one one-classroom schools. These differences are due to the following: 1) Facilitators are more experienced in the educational process; they monitor the reality of these schools as they see it daily. 2) Civil society organizations do not work collectively; there is no coordination between them in the field of community education; each works separately; each organization has an interest in a particular category. In light of these findings, the researcher introduces some recommendations, and proposed research. (Published abstract)
