هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى فعالية برنامج تدريبي تخاطبي في خفض اضطرابي الإبدال والحذف وأثر ذلك في تنمية بعض المهارات الاجتماعية والمتمثلة في (مهارات التواصل مع الآخرين، ومهارات المشاركة الاجتماعية) لدى أطفال متلازمة داون، كما هدفت إلى التحقق من استمرارية فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في خفض اضطرابي الإبدال والحذف لدى أطفال متلازمة داون بعد توقفه. تكونت العينة من (5) أطفال، (3 ذكور)، (2 إناث)، وقد حدث تسرب لأطفال العينة وأصبح العدد النهائي الذي طبق عليه برنامج الدراسة الحالية هو (4) أطفال، (2) ذكور، (2) إناث، وتراوحت أعمارهم من (8-10) سنوات، كما تراوحت درجات ذكاءهم ما بين (55-70) على مقياس ستانفورد بينيه الصورة الرابعة، وتم اختيار العينة من مدرسة التربية الفكرية بالمنصورة. تم استخدام مقياس كفاءة النطق المصور (إعداد إيهاب الببلاوي)، استمارة تقييم أعضاء النطق لدي الأطفال (إعداد الباحث)، استمارة البيانات الأولية (إعداد الباحث)، مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لدي أطفال متلازمة داون (إعداد الباحث)، البرنامج التدريبي (إعداد الباحث). تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي حيث تناول الجانب التدريبي لخفض بعض اضطرابات النطق لدى أطفال متلازمة داون، والتصميم القبلي - البعدي من خلال منهج دراسة الحالة لأطفال العينة الذين يعانون من الإبدال والحذف في الكلام، وبعد انتهاء البرنامج تم تطبيق قياس تتبعي (بعد شهر)، وقد تم استخدام منهج دراسة الحالة لمعرفة مدى التغير الذي يحدث لكل حالة علي حده بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي عليها. أسفرت الدراسة عن تحقق الفرض الأول للدراسة حيث كان هناك اختلاف بين درجات القياسات القبلية ودرجات القياسات البعدية على مقياسي كفاءة النطق المصور والمهارات الاجتماعية وذلك لكل حالة على حدة، وتحقق الفرض الثاني للدراسة حيث لم يكن هناك اختلاف بين درجات القياسات البعدية ودرجات القياسات التتبعية على مقياس كفاءة النطق المصور لكل حالة على حدة، كما أظهرت إحدى الحالات فروقا طفيفة بين التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي، مما يشير إلى ضرورة استمرار تدريب الحالة لفترات أطول. The current study aimed to detect the effectiveness of a training programme in reducing the effects of substitution and deletion, and the impact on the development of some social skills (communication skills). and social sharing skills I have kids Down syndrome, and I've been aiming to check the continuity effectiveness of the training programme in lowering the substitution and deletion disorder of the children of Down syndrome after stopping, and the study sample was composed of 5 children, (3 males), (2 females), there has been a leak for the children of the study sample and the final number on which the current study programme has been applied is 4 children, 2 males, 2 females. The study sample ages ranged from 8-10 years, and their IQ ranged between 55 and 70 on the Stanford scale, the fourth picture. The study sample was selected from the school of intellectual education in Mansoura, and the researcher used the performance gauge of the Illustrated pronunciation (setting by Ehab el-Beblawi), form Evaluation of members of pronunciation in children (preparation by researcher), preliminary data form (preparation by researcher), social skills measurement for children Down syndrome (preparation by researcher), training program (preparation by researcher), the researcher has used the semi-experimental curriculum to suit the nature of the study current, where he took up the training side to cut some speech disorders in the kids Down syndrome. The tribal-dimensional design was used through the case study curriculum for the children of the study sample who suffer from substitution and speech deletion, and after the programme has been completed, a tracking measure has been applied (after a month), and has been Use the case study method to determine the extent of change that occurs for each individual case after applying the training program to it. The present study has resulted in the first enforcement of the study, where there was a difference between the degrees of tribal measurements and the degrees of dimensional measurements on the scale of the illustrated pronunciation efficiency and social skills and that for each case, the second enforcement of the study was achieved, as there was no difference between the degrees of dimensional measurements and the degree of sequential measurements on the performance measure of the illustrated pronunciation of each case.
