تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لإعداد طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي نظام الخمس سنوات للعمل في المشروعات الصغيرة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع والذي سيتضح من خلال التنظير لمتطلبات إعداد طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي نظام الخمس سنوات للعمل بالمشروعات الصغيرة. وتكمن الأهمية في إعداد العامل والفني المدرب والذي له القدرة على المنافسة في السوق المحلي والعالمي وكذلك القدرة على فتح وإدارة مشروع صناعي صغير من ناحية، ومن ناحية تفتح المجال أمام دراسات أخرى في مجال التعليم الصناعي والمشروعات الصغيرة. تكمن المشكلة بأن الوضع الحالي يشير إلى وجود عديد من المشكلات التي تواجه خريجي المدارس الفنية الصناعية في الالتحاق بالعمل في المؤسسات الإنتاجية والخدمية، وخاصة مؤسسات قطاع الأعمال والقطاع الخاص الذي يسعي لزيادة إنتاجيه من خلال عمالة ماهرة وقادرة على استعياب التكنولوجيا الحديثة ولكي تعد خريج التعليم الفني الصناعي لإدارة مشروعاتهم الإنتاجية الصغيرة وتطويرها، ويمكن تحديد المشكلة في التساؤل الرئيس التالي: ما آليات إعداد طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي نظام الخمس سنوات للعمل في المشروعات؟ وتتمثل أدوات الدراسة في استبانة موجه إلى طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي نظام الخمس سنوات والقائمين علي العملية التعليمية (معلم، وكيل مدرسة، مدير مدرسة، موجهين) واستمارة مقابلة شخصية مع القائمين على المشروعات الصغيرة المستفيدين بقروض صناعية من جمعية رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين بالدقهلية للتعرف على واقع الإعداد لطلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي للعمل في المشروعات الصغيرة والمشكلات التي تعوق ذلك. تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) وجود عقبات تقف دون تحقيق إعداد عامل ماهر يستطيع فتح وإدارة مشروع صناعي صغير. 2) يوجد نقص كبير في تدريب وإعداد الطلاب في المدرسة الصناعية؛ وذلك يرجع لارتفاع تكلفة الآلات والمواد الخام اللازمة لعملية الإعداد. 3) قصور المقررات الدراسية في الانفتاح التكنولوجي والتطورات الحديثة وإمكانية صيانة المعدات اللازمة لعملية الإنتاج، وكذلك نظرة المجتمع الدونية لخريج التعليم الفني. 4) التركيز على المواد الثقافية التي لا تساعد الطالب علي استيعاب الجديد في المهنة. وتم تناول الدراسة من خلال أربع فصول: الفصل الأول (الإطار العام للدراسة) وتناول من خلاله: (مقدمة، مشكلة الدراسة، أهداف الدراسة، أهمية الدراسة، منهج الدراسة، حدود الدراسة، مصطلحات الدراسة، الدراسات السابقة والتعليق عليها، خاتمة)، ثم تناول الفصل الثاني التعليم الفني الصناعي نظام الخمس سنوات، ثم تناول الفصل الثالث المشروعات الصغيرة، وتناول الرابع الإطار الميداني، كما تناول الفصل الخامس النتائج والفصل السادس التصور المقترح والتوصيات. The problem of the study is that the current situation indicates that there are many problems facing graduates of industrial technical schools in joining the productive and service institutions, especially the business sector and the private sector, which seeks to increase productivity through skilled labor. To determine the problem of the study in the following main question: What are the mechanisms for preparation of students of industrial technical education system of five years to work in projects? The current study aims to develop a proposed scenario for the preparation of students of industrial technical education system of five years to work in small projects. The current study is based on the descriptive approach because of its relevance to the nature of the current research, which will be illustrated by the theory of the requirements of preparation of students of industrial technical education system of five years to work in small projects. The importance of the current study in the importance of preparing the trained worker and technician who has the ability to compete in the local and international market as well as the ability to open and manage a small industrial project on the one hand, and on the other hand open the possibility of further studies in the field of industrial education (Teachers, school agents, school principals, mentors) and a personal interview form with the small entrepreneurs who are beneficiaries of industrial loans from the Association of businessmen and investors in Dakahlia. To learn about the reality of preparation for students of industrial technical education to work in small projects and problems that hinder it. The study was studied through four chapters: First chapter (the general framework of the study), which dealt with the following topics: (introduction, study problem, study objectives, importance of study, study methodology, study limits, study terms, previous studies and commentary). The current study concluded that there are obstacles that prevent the preparation of a skilled worker who can open and manage a project.
