The research aims to introduce a suggested paradigm for the development of voluntary work among students of the Common First Year Deanship to achieve the following objectives: 1) To recognize the objectives and values of the common first year deanship and its multiple roles. 2) Explain the concept of voluntary work and its importance to the individual and Society. 3) To shed light on the reality of voluntary work in the common first year deanship over in the last two years. Striving to achieve the above mentioned objectives, the research used the analytical descriptive methodology. The chosen methodology describes the reality of the voluntary work among students of the Common First Year Deanship. The research proposes a development paradigm. The university has an important role in spreading the values and culture of voluntary work, and volunteering plays a major role in the advancement of Life, the development of society, and it is an effective tool for evaluation and development. 1) Raising children based on instilling the values of volunteering in the minds of young People from early childhood. 2) The curriculum should focus on the importance of voluntary social work and its Developmental role in the service and development of society. 3) The establishment of units in the deanships and colleges to guide the volunteers; these units are a mediator between the desire and willingness of the volunteer to allocate time or effort to volunteer, and the appropriate field in which he can volunteer depending on his circumstances and abilities and skills.
