هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في إدارة الأزمات في الجامعات السعودية، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في إدارة الأزمات في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية، والتعرف على العلاقة بين أبعاد الرشاقة الإستراتيجية (الحساسية الاستراتيجية، الالتزام الجماعي، المقدرات الجوهرية، وضوح الرؤية والتوجه الاستراتيجي) وإدارة الأزمات في الجامعات السعودية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم اختيار عينة من القادة الأكاديميين من جامعة حائل، وجامعة الجوف، وجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن الفيصل بلغ عددها (142) فرداً. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم تطبيق استبانة تضمّنت (40) عبارة، موزعة على محورين، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن مستوى تطبيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية وجميع أبعادها في إدارة الأزمات جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، وأن الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في إدارة الأزمات في الجامعات السعودية جاءت بدرجة عالية، كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية طردية بين الرشاقة الإستراتيجية وجميع أبعادها وإدارة الأزمات في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية. This research aimed to identify the level of application of strategic agility in crisis management in Saudi universities, determine the difficulties facing the application of strategic agility in crisis management in Saudi universities from the point of view of academic leaders, and investigate the relationship between the dimensions of strategic agility (strategic sensitivity, collective commitment, core capabilities, clarity of vision and strategic direction) and crisis management in Saudi universities. To achieve these objectives, a sample of academic leaders was selected from the University of Hail, the University of Al-Jouf, and the University of Imam Abdul Rahman Al-Faisal and they were (142) individuals. The descriptive correlative approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was applied that included (40) statements, distributed over two axes. The study concluded many results including that the level of strategic agility application and its dimensions in crisis management reached a (medium) degree. In addition, the difficulties facing the application of strategic agility in crisis management in Saudi universities came with a (high) degree. The results also indicated that there was a positive direct relationship between strategic agility and all its dimensions and crisis management in Saudi universities from the point of view of academic leaders.
