اهتمت العديد من دول العالم بتطوير نظمها التعليمية، وإكساب الطلاب مهارات جديدة تناسب مع المهارات المطلوبة للقرن الحادي والعشرين، مما أدى إلى ظهور نظام تعليم جديد ومتطور، يسمى بنظام التعليم 2.0 الذي تبنته العديد من دول العالم، ولتطبيق هذا النظام الجديد بفعالية، فإن المؤسسات التعليمية بحاجة إلى إدارة الكفاءات المحورية التي تهتم برعاية وتنمية تلك الكفاءات المحورية التي تمثل قوة بشرية استراتيجية تمتلك العديد من المعارف والمهارات المتميزة في ممارسة مختلف الأنشطة سواء كانت الأكاديمية أو التنظيمية أو التقنية وغيرها مما قد يسهم في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من نظام التعليم 2.0. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: 1) التعرف على مفهوم إدارة الكفاءات المحورية، والسمات المميزة لها. 2) تحديد مقومات تحقيق إدارة الكفاءات المحورية في المؤسسات التعليمية. 3) دراسة نظام التعليم 2.0 والفرق بينه وبين نظام التعليم 1.0. 4) الوقوف على خصائص نظام التعليم 2.0 في مصر وكيفية تطبيقه. 5) تحليل واقع نظام التعليم 2.0 بالمدارس المصرية على ضوء الأدبيات التربوية باستخدام مخطط عظم السمكة. 6) وضع التوصيات والآليات الإجرائية المقترحة لتحسين نظام التعليم 2.0 بالمدارس المصرية على ضوء إدارة الكفاءات المحورية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استعانت بمخطط عظم السمكة (Fishbone Diagram) لتحليل واقع نظام التعليم 2.0 بالمدارس المصرية على ضوء الأدبيات التربوية المختلفة، ومعرفة أوجه القصور في تطبيق هذا النظام في المدارس المصرية وتحديد أسبابه، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وضع التوصيات والآليات الإجرائية المقترحة لتحسين نظام التعليم 2.0 بالمدارس المصرية على ضوء إدارة الكفاءات المحورية. Many countries of the world interested in developing their educational systems, and providing students with new skills that fit the skills required for the twenty-first century, which led to a new and advanced education system, called 2.0 Education System, which was adopted by many countries of the world, and to implement this new system effectively, educational institutions need to manage the core competencies that are concerned with developing those competencies that represent a strategic human force that possesses many distinguished knowledge and skills in the practice of various activities, whether academic, organizational, technical and others, which may contribute to achieving the desired goals of the 2.0 Education System. The study aimed to the following: 1( Define the concept of core competencies management, and its distinctive features. 2( Determine the basic components for achieving the core competencies management in educational institutions. 3( Study the 2.0 Education System and the difference between it and the 1.0 Education System. 4( Identify the characteristics of the 2.0 Education System in Egypt and how to implement it. 5( Analyzing the reality of the 2.0 Education System in Egyptian schools in the light of educational literature using the fishbone diagram. 6( Present recommendations and proposed procedural mechanisms to improve the 2.0 Education System in Egyptian schools in the light of core competencies management. The descriptive method was used in the study, and it also used (Fishbone Diagram) to determine the shortcomings and their causes in the implementation of the 2.0 education system at Egyptian schools, the important results of the study is to present recommendations and proposed procedural mechanisms to improve the 2.0 Education System at Egyptian schools in the light of core competencies management.
