هدف البحث الحالي إلى محاولة التعرف على جوانب القوة والضعف لمجموعات التقوية لتلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي من خلال: 1) واقع مجموعات التقوية لتلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي. 2) رصد المعوقات التي تواجه مجموعات التقوية في لتلاميذ الحلقة الأولي من التعليم الأساسي. 3) متطلبات تحسين مجموعات التقوية لتلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحليل الظاهرة. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: 1) حظيت قضية مجموعات التقوية باهتمام كبير في الآونة الأخيرة، نظرا لما تسهم به من التقليل من الدروس الخصوصية وتحقيق التقدم والاستقرار في العملية التعليمية والمجتمع. 2) نشر وتعميق المعرفة والوعي لدى الرأي العام بقيم ومفاهيم دور المدرسة. 3) وجود العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون تحسين مجموعات التقوية لتلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي من أهمها: أ) ضعف التمويل اللازم لتحسين مجموعات التقوية لتلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي. ب) ضعف ثقة أولياء الأمور في مجموعات التقوية داخل المدارس. ت) ضغط الرأي العام والمستفيدين من الدروس الخصوصية على القيادات التعليمية. ث‌) انتشار مراكز الدروس الخصوصية واستقطاب معظم المعلمين بها وتركهم التدريس بمجموعات التقوية. ولذلك انتهت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحسين مجموعات التقوية في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي. The aim of the present research is to try to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the reinforcement groups for students of the first cycle of basic education through: The reality of the strengthening groups for students of the first cycle of basic education Monitoring the obstacles facing the strengthening groups in the students of the first cycle of basic education. Requirements for improvement of the reinforcement groups for students of the first cycle of basic education. The study used a descriptive method to analyze the phenomenon. The study reached a number of results, most notably the following: The issue of strengthening groups has received considerable attention recently, as it contributes to the reduction of private lessons and the progress and stability in the educational process and society. Disseminate and deepen public knowledge and awareness of the values and concepts of the role of the school. The existence of many obstacles that prevent the improvement of groups of students to strengthen the first cycle of basic education, the most important: A) The lack of funding needed to improve the reinforcement groups for students in the first cycle of basic education. B) Weak parents 'confidence in the schools' reinforcement groups. C) pressure public opinion and beneficiaries of private lessons on educational leaders.
