هدف البحث إلى التعرف على ماهية التعليم الريادي في الجامعات، والتعرف على ملامح النموذج الماليزي كأحد النماذج العالمية في مجال التعليم الريادي الجامعي والاستفادة منه في تفعيل دور جامعة بنها في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، وتشخيص واقع دور جامعة بنها في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، والتوصل إلى رؤية مقترحة لتفعيل دور جامعة بنها في تحقيق التعليم الريادي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، ولقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وتم إجراء عدة مقابلات مفتوحة مع عينة بلغ عددها (6) أعضاء من مجلس إدارة مركز الابتكار وريادة الأعمال بجامعة بنها، ولقد توصل البحث في نتائجه إلى أن هناك العديد من التحديات والتغييرات التي مرت بها جميع دول العالم في الآونة الأخيرة خاصة مع ظهور جائحة كوفيد-19 والتي أثرت على النواحي الاجتماعية والاقتصادية؛ وهذا ما زاد من أهمية التعليم الريادي ومن مساهمته في إعداد الخريجين الرياديين، وأن التعليم الريادي يحقق العديد من الفوائد لمختلف فئاته المستهدفة من حيث اكسابهم المهارات والمعارف الريادية ذات الصلة بالتوظيف الذاتي أو العمل الحر، وغرس روح المبادرة والمخاطرة لديهم؛ بما يؤهلهم للتعامل مع مجتمع المعرفة وتحقيق متطلبات ذلك الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة والابتكارات، كما أنه يحقق للجامعات العديد من المزايا التنافسية؛ فهو مؤشرًا قويًا على قدرة الجامعات على المنافسة المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، وأن هناك العديد من عوامل نجاح التعليم الريادي في الجامعات من حيث التزام ودعم الإدارة العليا للتعليم الريادي، ونشر الثقافة الريادية، وتوفير البيئة الداعمة للتعليم الريادي، واعتماد استراتيجية مؤسسية للتعليم الريادي، وتوفير برامج للتعليم الريادي، فضلًا عن ذلك توصل البحث الحالي إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتفعيل التعليم الريادي في جامعة بنها في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، وجاءت هذه الإجراءات وفقًا لعدة أبعاد رئيسة هي: البعد الأول: نشر ثقافة التعليم الريادي بين أعضاء المجتمع الجامعي بجامعة بنها، البعد الثاني: تنظيم التعليم الريادي في جامعة بنها، إنشاء منظومة متكاملة للتعليم الريادي في جامعة بنها، البعد الرابع: توفير عوامل نجاح تحقيق التعليم الريادي في جامعة بنها. The current research aimed to identify the nature of entrepreneurial education in universities, identifying the features of the Malaysian model as one of the global models in the field of university entrepreneurial education and benefiting from it in activating the role of Benha University in achieving pioneering education, diagnosing the reality of the role of Benha University in achieving entrepreneurial education, and arriving at a proposed vision to activate the role of Benha University in Achieving entrepreneurial education in the light of Egypt’s 2030 vision, and the current research followed descriptive method, and several open interviews were conducted with sample of (6) members of the board of directors of the center for innovation and entrepreneurship, and the research results reached to that there are many challenges and changes that all countries of the world have undergone recently, especially with the emergence of the covid-19 pandemic, which affected the social and economic aspects; this increased the importance of entrepreneurial education and its contribution to the preparation of entrepreneurial graduates, and that entrepreneurial education achieves many benefits for its various target groups in terms of providing them with skills entrepreneurial knowledge related to self-employment, instilling entrepreneurship and risktaking; what qualifies them to deal with the knowledge society and achieve the requirements of that economy based on knowledge and innovations, it also achieves for universities many competitive advantages, as it is a strong indicator of the universities’ ability to compete locally, regionally and internationally, and that there are many factors for the success of entrepreneurial education in universities in terms of the commitment and support of the senior management of entrepreneurial education, spreading the entrepreneurial culture, and entrepreneurial a supportive environment for entrepreneurial education, adopting an institutional strategy for entrepreneurial education, providing programs for entrepreneurial education, in addition to that, the current research found a set of proposed procedures for activating entrepreneurial education at Benha university in light of Egypt’s vision 2030, and these procedures came according to several main dimensions: the first dimension: spreading the culture of entrepreneurial education among members of the university community at Benha university, the second dimension: organizing entrepreneurial education at Benha university, establishing an integrated system for entrepreneurial education at Benha university, the fourth dimension: provide success factors for achieving entrepreneurial education at Benha university.
