لقد تطورت مفاهيم ومبادئ نظرية فيزياء الكم على مجالات العلوم المختلفة عامة والقيادة التعليمية خاصة، وبالرغم من ذلك لا تزال مفاهيم القيادة وممارساتها مقيدة بالالتزام بالقيادة النيوتنية، ومن ثم كانت فكرة البحث الحالي التي تتمحور حول القيادة الكمومية والابتكار التنظيمي في المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة المنيا في مصر، ومن ثم هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم مقترحات إجرائية للاستفادة من القيادة الكمومية في تعزيز الابتكار التنظيمي لدي مديري المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة المنيا في جمهورية مصر العربية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي حيث إنه الملائم لموضوع البحث، وصمم الباحث استبانة لتعرف واقع ممارسة مديري المدارس لأبعاد القيادة الكمومية والابتكار التنظيمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمديرين في المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة المنيا. وتحتوى الاستبانة على (73) عبارة موزعة على جزأين مرتبطة بالموضوع، الأول جزء القيادة الكمومية يحتوى على (51) عبارة موزعة على سبعة أبعاد، وهي: النظرة الكمومية، والتفكير الكمومي، والشعور الكمومي، والتمثيل الكمومي، والثقة الكمومية، والكينونة الكمومية، والثاني، جزء الابتكار التنظيمي يحتوي على (21) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد، هي: استثارة الأفكار الابتكارية، وتجريب الأفكار الابتكارية، وتطبيق الأفكار الابتكارية، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية قوامها (724) فردًا من المديرين والمعلمين بالمدارس الخاصة بمحافظة المنيا بمصر. هذا وتوصل البحث إلي نتائج من أهمها: أن واقع ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة للقيادة الكمومية في أبعادها السبعة" متوسطة"، وكذلك جاءت درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة للابتكار التنظيمي في أبعاده الثلاثة بدرجة" متوسطة"، وبناء على معامل ارتباط بيرسون أظهرت النتائج أن القيادة الكمومية بأبعادها السبعة ارتبطت ارتباطًا دالاً موجبًا بالابتكار التنظيمي بأبعاده. كما أظهرت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة نحو القيادة الكمومية والابتكار التنظيمي لدي مديري المدارس الخاصة تُعزي لمتغيرات الوظيفة، والمؤهل العلمي، والنوع، والاعتماد، وسنوات العمر، وسنوات الخبرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق في استجابات العينة تُعزي لنوع المدرسة، والمرحلة الدراسية. وقدم البحث مجموعة من المقترحات الإجرائية منها: ضرورة تعزيز أبعاد القيادة الكمومية والابتكار التنظيمي لمديري المدارس الخاصة، وتحسين مستوى وعيهم بأدوارهم كقادة كموميين داخل مدارسهم بما يعزز الابتكار التنظيمي لديهم. The concepts and principles of quantum physics theory have already developed in various fields of science in general and educational management and leadership in particular. Despite this, leadership concepts and practices are still restricted to the commitment of Newtonian leadership. Therefore, the idea of the current research is to revolve around quantum leadership and organizational innovation in private and international schools at Minia Governorate in Egypt. The aim of the current study is to provide recommendations and suggestions to make use of quantum leadership in enhancing organizational innovation in Egypt in developing the performance of private and international school principals. To achieve this objective, the descriptive correlative method was used, as it is appropriate for the study topic. The researcher designed a questionnaire to know the reality of school principals' practice of quantum leadership dimensions and organizational innovation from the point of view of principals and teachers in private and international schools in Minia Governorate. The questionnaire contains 73 phrases divided into two parts related to the topic, the first part of the quantum leadership contains 51 phrases distributed over seven dimensions, including: Quantum seeing, Quantum thinking, Quantum feeling, Quantum knowing, Quantum acting, Quantum trusting, Quantum being. The second part, organizational innovation, contains 21 phrases distributed over three dimensions: arousing and stimulating innovation, experimenting innovative ideas, and applying innovative ideas. The questionnaire was applied to a random sample of 724 persons, principals and teachers in private and international schools at Minia Governorate in Egypt. This study has revealed that, The reality of private and international school principals’ practice of quantum leadership in its seven dimensions is "medium", as well as the organizational innovation. Based on Pearson's correlation coefficient, the results revealed that quantum leadership with its seven dimensions has a significant positive correlation with organizational innovation with its dimensions. Results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences attributable to the job, educational qualification, gender, accreditation, age, and years of experience. results also revealed that there were no differences in the sample responses attributed to the school’s type and the educational stage. Based on the results the study provided some recommendations, including: the need to enhance the quantum leadership skills of school principals, improve their awareness of their roles as quantum leaders within their schools, and set a clear concept of organizational innovation in the Egypt.
