هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان معالم الفكر التربوي عند الأصوليين من خلال الإمام الجويني كأنموذج وعلاقته بالفكر التربوي، وبيان أوجه الاستفادة من أنموذجه في مجال الفكر التربوي، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للإجابة عن الجانب التحليلي، واستقراء الدلالات التي تحقق المعاني في المباحث والمطالب المستهدفة. كما استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستنباطي لاستنباط أهم معالم الفكر التربوي عند الأصوليين وما يتعلق من معرفة خاصة في أدبياتهم وتراثهم، وخرجت الدراسة بأهم النتائج منها: الجويني كان مراعيًا لمذهب السلف في التأصيل والأصول العامة، وله رأي في التفاصيل والتقاسيم الضمنية وكان متأثرًا بالرسم العام للوضع العلمي، ولديه جملة من الكفايات العلمية كالمهارات الأدائية والمعرفية، وجملة الأخلاق والخصال التي يسرت نبوغه في البحث والمناظرة والنقد، مع إحاطة بالواقع والمقاصد الشرعية العامة، وأن علم أصول الفقه له دور في عملية ضبط التوازن بين الفكر التربوي وأصوله والانتفاع بالعلوم المتنوعة. ومن أهم التوصيات الدراسة: أن تقوم دراسات ذات منحى تتبعي إجرائي يعتمد على النمذجة والاختزال للعمليات المعرفية الفكرية التي تظهر في الحقل الأصولي، وبالتعاون مع مناهج وطرق التدريس وتقنياتهم العملية وتوظيفها في تنمية مهارات رواد الفكر التربوي. This study aimed to clarify the features of the educational thought of the fundamentalists through Imam al-Juwayni as a model and its relationship to educational thought, and to show the aspects of benefiting from his model in the field of educational thought. The study was a deductive approach to elicit the most important features of the educational thought of the fundamentalists and the related special knowledge in their literature and heritage. The study came out with the most important results, including: Among the scientific competencies such as the performance and cognitive skills, and the set of morals and qualities that facilitated his brilliance in research, debate and criticism, with an awareness of reality and general legitimate purposes, and that the science of jurisprudence has a role in the process of controlling the balance between educational thought and its principles and the use of various sciences. Among the most important recommendations of the study: that studies with a procedural traceability approach depend on modeling and reduction of intellectual cognitive processes that appear in the fundamentalist field, and in cooperation with curricula, teaching methods and their practical techniques, and employing them in developing the skills of pioneers of educational thought.
