هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على درجة توظيف التكنولوجيا في الإدارة المدرسية بمدارس دولة الكويت الحكومية وسبل تطويرها، وتم استخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة. حيث طبقت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة على عينة قوامها 236 معلماً، الذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن الآتي: 1) درجة توظيف التكنولوجيا في الإدارة المدرسية بمدارس دولة الكويت الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس بمجال خدمات المستفيدين لصالح الذكور. 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح فئة الخبرات 5 سنوات. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية. 5) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية لصالح منطقة حولي التعليمية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التى تصب في مصلحة تفعيل التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الإدارة المدرسية. The study aimed to detect the degree of employing of modern technology in the school administration in Kuwait and the ways to develop it. To achieve the objectives of the study, which consisted of 236 teachers selected randomly. The result indicated that: 1) The degree of integration of technology in the school administration in the public schools in Kuwait governorate from the teachers’ point of view came in average. 2) There were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages for the responses of the sample members due to the gender variable in the field of beneficiaries’ services in favor of males. 3) There were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages for the responses of the sample members due to the years of services variable in favor to the experiences from 5 years or less and more than 10 years. 4) There were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages for the responses of the sample members due to the educational level variable. 5) There were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages for the responses of the sample members due to the schools’ district variable in favor of Hawalli Educational Zone. The study came out with some recommendations and suggestions which may enhance employing of modern technology in the school administration. (Published abstract)
