هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات التطوير المهني في برنامج خبرات لقادة المدارس في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتحديد معوّقات التطوير المهني في ذلك البرنامج، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم اختيار جميع قادة المدارس الحكوميّة في المملكة العربيّة السّعوديّة ممن شاركوا في برنامج "خبرات" البالغ عددهم (370) قائداً وقائدة. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون بدرجة (متوسطة) على تطبيق استراتيجيات التطوير المهني في برنامج خبرات للقيادات المدرسية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وجاء أعلى درجة موافقة على مرحلة (أثناء الابتعاث) ثم جاءت مرحلة (قبل الابتعاث)، وجاءت في الترتيب الثالث والأخير مرحلة (بعد الابتعاث). وأن أفراد الدراسة موافقون بدرجة (متوسطة) على معوقات التطوير المهني في برنامج خبرات، وجاء أعلى درجة موافقة على مرحلة (بعد الابتعاث) بدرجة موافقة (عالية)، ثم جاءت مرحلة (قبل الابتعاث)، وبدرجة موافقة (متوسطة)، وجاءت في الترتيب الثالث والأخير مرحلة (أثناء الابتعاث) وبدرجة موافقة (منخفضة). The study aimed to investigate the professional development strategies in the “Khebrat Program” for school leaders in KSA, and to identify the obstacles to professional development in that program. To achieve these goals, all public school leaders in KSA, who participated in the program, were selected (n=370) male and female leaders. The descriptive method was utilized and a questionnaire was used to gather data. The study revealed the following findings. Participants agreed (at a medium degree) on applying the professional development strategies in the “Khebrat Program” for school leaders in KSA; with the highest approval degree was for the stage (during the scholarship), then the stage (before the scholarship), and in the third and final place came the stage (after the scholarship). Participants agreed (at a medium degree) on the existence of obstacles to professional development in the “Khebrat Program”, and the highest degree of approval came for the stage (after scholarship) with a (high) degree of approval, then came the stage (before scholarship), with a (medium) degree of approval, and came in the third and last stage (during scholarship) with a (low) degree of approval.
