انطلقت الدراسة من أهمية الدور المتزايد للبنية التحتية الرقمية المتطلبة للتعليم، وهدفت إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتمكين البنية التحتية الرقمية التي تحتاجها مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر لمواجهة تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19، وتحقيقاً لهذا الهدف تم تحديد أبعاد البنية التحتية الرقمية المتطلبة للتعليم والسياسات والإجراءات المتخذة للتمكين، وتم تحليل تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19 الإيجابية والسلبية على التعليم. وتم إجراء استبانة لرصد واقع البنية التحتية الرقمية في مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمصر من وجهة نظر عينة قوامها 283 فرداً من القيادات التعليمية ومديري المدارس الثانوية ومعلميها وطلابها وأولياء الأمور. وانتهت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتمكين البنية التحتية الرقمية في مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمصر، انطلق من مجموعة من الدواعي والأسس، وتم تقديم مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة التي تعمل على استكمال الفجوات التي ظهرت من نتائج الدراسة التحليلية والميدانية، تضمنت: توفير خطوط إنترنت ذات النطاق العريض، والقدرة على تحمل تكاليف الاتصال ذات النطاق العريض، وتكافؤ الوصول إلى الأجهزة والبرامج المناسبة، والمهارات الرقمية لخلق قيمة إضافية لدى المعلمون والطلاب، وتنسيق الجهود بين المؤسسات المختلفة لتعزيز بنية تحتية رقمية قوية. The study started from the importance of the increasing role of the digital infrastructure required for education, and aimed to develop a proposed vision to enable the digital infrastructure needed by general secondary schools in Egypt to face the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic, and to achieve this goal, the dimensions of the digital infrastructure required for education and the policies and actions taken were identified. Empowerment, positive and negative repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic on education were analyzed. A questionnaire was conducted to monitor the reality of the digital infrastructure in general secondary schools in Egypt from the point of view of a sample of 283 individuals including educational leaders, secondary school principals, teachers, students and parents. The study concluded with developing a proposed vision to enable the digital infrastructure in general secondary schools in Egypt, which was based on a set of reasons and foundations, and a set of necessary requirements were presented that work to complete the gaps that emerged from the results of the analytical and field study, which included: Providing broad-based internet lines broadband, affordability of broadband connectivity, equal access to appropriate hardware and software, digital skills to create additional value for teachers and students, and coordination of efforts between institutions to foster a robust digital infrastructure.
