تحاول الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن دور استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق بأبعادها (الاستبعاد - التقليص - الزيادة - الابتكار) في بناء المقدرات الجوهرية بأبعادها (المعرفة - العمل الجماعي - التمكين - القيادة الاستراتيجية) بكلية التربية - جامعة سوهاج، مستخدمة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومستعينة بالاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، والتي بلغ عدد أفرادها (110) عضو هيئة تدريس بالكلية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ارتفاع مستوى توفر أبعاد متغيري استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق وبناء المقدرات الجوهرية في الكلية. بالإضافة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين أبعاد استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق مجتمعة معا وبناء المقدرات الجوهرية في الكلية، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط بينهما (0.743)، ووجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) لجميع أبعاد استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق على بناء المقدرات الجوهرية في الكلية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية حول أبعاد كل من استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق وبناء المقدرات الجوهرية في الكلية تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع، المسمى الوظيفي، عدد سنوات الخدمة). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إدراك إدارة الكلية بشكل متزايد لاستراتيجية المحيط الأزرق كمنهج استراتيجي معاصر يمكن تبنّيه لزيادة قدراتها التنافسية والابتعاد عن الفلسفة التقليدية للمنافسة، وأن تهتم بالمقدرات الجوهرية وأبعادها المختلفة باعتبارها مصدرا مهما للتميز، إلى جانب دورها الكبير في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية على المدى البعيد. The current study attempts to reveal the role of the blue ocean strategy with its dimensions (exclusion - reduction - increase - innovation) in building core Competencies with its dimensions (knowledge - teamwork - empowerment - strategic leadership) at the Faculty of Education - Sohag University, using the descriptive analytical approach, and using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the data from the study sample, which numbered (110) faculty members in the college. The results of the study showed a high level of availability of the dimensions of the two variables of the blue ocean strategy and building core Competencies in the college. In addition, there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy combined together and the building of core Competencies in the college, where the correlation coefficient between them reached (0.743), and there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for all The dimensions of the blue ocean strategy on building core Competencies in the college, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the average estimates of faculty members in the college about the dimensions of each of the blue ocean strategy and building core Competencies in the college due to the variables (type, job title, number of years of service). The study recommended that the college administration should increasingly realize the blue ocean strategy as a contemporary strategic approach that can be adopted to increase its competitive capabilities and move away from the traditional philosophy of competition, and to pay attention to the core Competencies and their various dimensions as an important source of excellence, in addition to its great role in achieving competitive advantage in the long run.
