هدفت الدراسة الى الوقوف على واقع تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تحسين الاتصال التنظيمي لدى قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية في الرياض، والكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تحسين الاتصال التنظيمي لدى قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية في الرياض، وإيجاد مقترحات لتحسين تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة لتحسين الاتصال التنظيمي لدى قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية في الرياض. واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مشرفات القيادة المدرسية والصفوف الأولية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بالمدارس الحكومية للبنات في الرياض البالغ عددهن 104 مشرفة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع المشرفات التربويات بالمدارس الابتدائية الحكومية في الرياض، خلال فترة إجراء الدراسة، وتم تطوير أداة الدراسة، وهي استبانة تكونت من (55) فقرة. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مفردات عينة الدراسة موافقات على تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تحسين الاتصال التنظيمي لدى قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية في الرياض بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي (4.00)، وأن أبرز التحديات التي تواجه قائدات المدراس لتوظيف عمليات إدارة المعرفة لتحسين الاتصال التنظيمي هي: كثرة الإجراءات الإدارية الورقية الروتينية وجمودها، وأن استجابات مفردات العينة على محور المقترحات تراوحت متوسطات موافقتهن ما بين (3.50 إلى 4.27). وأوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات من أهمها: تغيير ثقافة التعامل مع الأعمال الورقية، وتقليص الإجراءات الإدارية، والاستغناء عن التفصيلات غير الضرورية، والتقليل من المركزية بمعنى توزيع سلطة اتخاذ القرارات. The study has aimed at identifying the reality of applying knowledge management processes in improving organizational communication among public primary school leaders in Riyadh and figuring out the difficulties that were facing the application of knowledge management processes in improving organizational communication among public primary school leaders in Riyadh and finding proposals to improve the application of knowledge management processes. To improve organizational communication among leaders of government primary schools in Riyadh. The researcher has followed the descriptive survey approach and the study population has consisted of all school leadership supervisors and primary grades at the primary stage in public schools for girls in Riyadh which numbered 104 supervisors and the study sample has consisted of all the educational supervisors in public primary schools in Riyadh during the period of conducting the study. The study tool has been developed which was a questionnaire consisting of (55) items. The results of the study has indicated that the vocabulary of the study sample have agreed on applying knowledge management processes in improving organizational communication among public primary school leaders in Riyadh to a large degree and with an average of 4.00 and that the main challenges that were facing school leaders to employ knowledge management processes to improve organizational communication are : The large number of routine paper-based administrative procedures and their rigidity and the responses of the sample vocabulary on the axis of proposals ranged between (3.50 to 4.27). The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: changing the culture of dealing with paperwork, reducing administrative procedures, dispensing with unnecessary details, and reducing centralization in the sense of distributing decision-making authority.
