هدف البحث الحالي إلى فهم أهم الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى عزوف معلمي التربية البدنية عن العمل في المدارس الخاصة والتطرق إلى العمل في المدارس الحكومية الكويتية، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي: المسحي، والاستقرائي الوصفي التحليلي، بالاطلاع على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، وبالتطبيق على عينة مكونة من 250 معلم ومُعلمة في التربية البدنية من خلال توزيع استبانة مكونة من أربعة محاور. وقد أسفر البحث عن عدة نتائج، أهمها: وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية بين ابتعاد المعلمين عن العمل بالمدارس الخاصة، وعيوب تلك المدارس، وأن القوانين المتبعة في تلك المدارس لا توفر أجواء مريحة للعمل في المدرسة الخاصة، وضعف الأجور التي أدت لمحاولة البُعد عن العمل بتلك المدارس، وكذلك دور ضغوط العمل الشديدة واستهانة الطلاب وأولياء الأمور بالمعلم في المدرسة الخاصة، وتعسف المديرين بتلك المدارس. وعلى ذلك أوصى الباحث بمحاولة وضع قوانين لحماية معلم التربية الرياضية وتوفير جو عمل مريح ليقوم بمهامه على أكمل وجه، ووجوب رفع أجورهم بما يتناسب مع الجهد المبذول، ومُحاولة زيادة أعدادهم في كل مدرسة خاصة لرفع العبء عن كاهلهم. The aim of the current research is to understand the most important reasons that lead to the reluctance of physical education teachers to work in private schools and to address Kuwaiti government schools, and to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive survey and inductive descriptive analytical approach by reviewing the literature and previous studies related to the topic of the research and applying it to a sample of 250 teachers And a teacher in physical education through the distribution of a questionnaire consisting of four axes. And that has resulted in several results, the most important of which are; there is a strong relationship between teachers ’distancing from schools and the defects of these schools, the laws followed in those schools do not provide a comfortable environment for working in private schools, Low wages are also one of the attempts that caused distancing from work in these schools and the role of severe work pressures, the underestimation of students and parents for the teacher in the private school, and the abuse of the principals in those schools. Accordingly, the researcher recommended several recommendations, establishing laws to protect teachers in these schools, providing a comfortable atmosphere for teachers to complete the work to the fullest, the necessity to raise their wages in proportion to the exerted effort and attempting to increase their numbers in every private school to lift the burden on their shoulders.
