بحثت هذه الدراسة في أثر استخدام جوجل كلاس روم في المهارات الإنتاجية لمتعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية لغة أجنبية في الصف الحادي عشر في الأردن واتجاهاتهم نحوها. بلغ عدد المشاركات في هذه الدراسة 40 طالبة من الصف الحادي عشر في مدرسة الخنساء الثانوية في سحاب، الأردن. استمرت التجربة لمدة شهرين خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2022/2023. وقد تم تقسيمهن بالفعل الى مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية تتكون من 20 طالبة وتمّ تعليمهن المهارات الإنتاجية باستخدام جوجل كلاس روم ومجموعة ضابطة مكوّنة من 20 طالبة. وتم تعليمهن المهارات الإنتاجية باستخدام منهج التدريس التقليدي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي كأسلوب للدراسة. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تمّ استخدام ثلاث أدوات لجمع البيانات: الاختبار المسبق لتحديد المستوى الفعلي للمهارات الإنتاجية قبل تطبيق التجربة. بعد ثمان أسابيع، طبّق الباحث على المجموعتين اختبار محادثة وكتابة بعدي لمعرفة إذا ما حدث أي تغيير، والى أي مدى وبأي بعد. كما تمّ ملء الاستبيان من قبل المجموعة التجريبية. وباستخدام الاحصائيات الصحيحة، اشارت النتائج الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) لصالح الطالبات في المجموعة التجريبية الذين تم تدريسهم بطريقة جوجل كلاس روم بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة على المهارات الإنتاجية. كما أشارت النتائج الى ان طالبات المجموعة التجريبية لديهن اتجاهات إيجابية نحو استخدام جوجل كلاس روم في المهارات الإنتاجية. لذلك تمّت التوصية باستخدام جوجل كلاس روم كاستراتيجية تدريس فعالة عززت قدرات الطلاب في مهارة التحدث والكتابة. This study investigated the effect of using Google Classroom on Jordanian eleventh- grade EFL students’ productive skills and their attitudes toward it. The participants of the studywere 40 students from two sections of the eleventh-grade students from Al-Khansaa’ Secondary School in Sahab, Jordan. The experiment lasted for two months during the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. They were already divided into two groups, an experimental group which consisted of 20 female students, and was taught the productive skills using Google Classroom, and a control group which consisted of 20 female students and was taught the productive skills using regular instruction. The study relied on the quasi-experimental approach. To accomplish the goal of the study, three instruments were used for data collection: a writing pre-test and post-test along with a speaking pre-test and post-test. Also, the questionnaire has been filled in by the experimental group. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at(α=0.05) between the experimental and control group students’ mean scores on the overall productive skills post-test in favor of the students in the experimental group who were taught by using Google Classroom. The results also indicated that the students in the experimental group had positive attitudes toward using Google Classroom in teaching productive skills. Therefore, Google Classroom was recommended to be used as an effective teaching strategy that enhanced students’ abilities in speaking and writing skills. (Author’s abstract)
