استهدفت الدراسة الوقوف على واقع الإبداع الإداري بالمؤسسات الجامعية بمصر واتخذت من كليات التربية نموذجًا في طلبات تنمية هذا الإبداع بتلك المؤسسات، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة والتي تمثلت في استبانة على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بجامعات (الإسكندرية - الزقازيق - سوهاج - بورسعيد - دمياط) وقد بلغ عدد العينة (76) عضو هيئة تدريس بتلك الكليات البالغ عددهم (774) عضو هيئة التدريس. وصلت الدراسة نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود قصور بشكل ما في تحقيق واقع أفضل للإبداع الإداري بكليات التربية في مصر، وقد تم ترتيب مؤشرات الإبداع وفقًا لدرجة أهميتها بالنسبة لأداء أفراد العينة وجاءت أهم خمس مؤشرات لتحقيق الإبداع الإداري بكليات التربية على النحو التالي. درة علي تحليل بيئة المؤسسة وامتلاك الأفراد القدرة على إدراك رسالة المؤسسة ورؤيتها وكفاءة الأطر البشرية داخل المؤسسات على التواصل المجتمعي السليم داخل المؤسسة وامتلاك القدرة على توظيف الحلول المتشابهة المستخدمة سلفًا كما توصلت الدراسة: إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في واقع الإبداع الإداري بكليات التربية في مصر تبعًا لمتغير الدرجة العلمية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح تمثل في المحاور التالية: بالفعالية الإبداعية، متطلبات تتعلق بالحداثة الإبداعية في حل المشكلات، متطلبات التميز الداعم للإبداع الإداري ومتطلبات تتعلق بالمبادأة الإدارية الإبداعية، ومتطلبات تتعلق بالتواصل المجتمعي الدعم للإبداع ومتطلبات تتعلق بالدعم ومتطلبات تتعلق بالدعم الذاتي للإبداع بالمؤسسات الإدارية، ومتطلبات تتعلق بالتمرد الإداري الإبداعي. This research aimed at determining the reality of administrative creativity in university institutions in Egypt, it used faculties of education as a model to reach the requirements of developing this creativity at these institutions. The researcher used the descriptive approach as a research's approach. This research applied a questionnaire on a random sample of teaching staff of faculties of education at these universities: (Alexandria - Al Zaquazik - Sohag - Port said - Damietta). This sample was (76) member from these faculties who are (774) member. The findings of the research reached at that there is a reduction in achieving better reality for administrative creativity in faculties of education in Egypt and indicators of creativity are arranges based on its importance to views of sample of research. There are five indicators for achieving administrative creativity in faculties of education as following: Being able to analyze the environment of institution, individuals have ability to recognize the institutions' vision, efficiency of human resources inside the institutions, ability for right social connection inside the institution and being able to employ pre-used solutions. The research reached at there is no statistically significant differences in the reality of administrative creativity in faculties of education in Egypt depending on the degree variable. Also, research reached at suggested frame work in the following areas: requirements related to creative effectiveness, requirements related to creative novelty in solving problems, requirements for supportive excellence to administrative creativity, requirements related to creative managerial initiative, requirements related to social connection which is supporting the creativity and requirements related to administrative support for creative energies, requirements related to self-support to creativity in administrative institutions and requirements related to a creative administrative rebellion.
