يهدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف والوقوف على أهم ملامح الرؤية المقترحة لمواجهة مشكلات تطبيق الشفافية بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي بمصر. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الرئيس التالي: ما الرؤية المقترحة لمواجهة مشكلات تطبيق الشفافية بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي بمصر؟. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) التوصل إلى تعريف إجرائي للشفافية. 2) وضع رؤية مقترحة لمواجهة مشكلات تطبيق الشفافية على مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي بمصر وذلك عن طريق: أ) آليات مواجهة مشكلات تطبيق الشفافية تجاه الفساد الأكاديمي بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. ب) آليات مواجهة مشكلات تطبيق الشفافية تجاه الجهات الإدارية والرقابية بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. د) آليات مواجهة مشكلات تطبيق الشفافية تجاه المجتمع الأكاديمي بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. ج) آليات مواجهة مشكلات تطبيق الشفافية تجاه المجتمع المدني بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. The research problem was represented in the following main question: What is the proposed vision to face the problems of applying transparency in university education institutions in Egypt? The current research used the "descriptive approach”. This research aims to identify the most important features of the proposed vision to confront the problems of applying transparency in university education institutions in Egypt. Research results: 1) achieving a procedural definition of transparency. 2) Develop a proposed vision to face the problems of applying transparency to university education institutions in Egypt, through: a) Mechanisms for confronting the problems of applying transparency towards academic corruption in university education institutions. b) Mechanisms for facing the problems of applying transparency towards the administrative and supervisory authorities in university education institutions. c) Mechanisms for facing the problems of applying transparency towards the academic community in university education institutions. d) Mechanisms for facing the problems of applying transparency towards civil society in university education institutions.
