يعد المسرح المدرسي من أنسب الأشكال الفنية للتواصل مع التلميذ، والتعبير عن عالمه الخاص من خلال التقليد والمحاكاة حيث يميل التلميذ باعتباره طفل إلى الاندماج والتفاعل مع أقرانه مثلما يندمج الممثل مع فريق العمل، وهناك عناصر مشتركة أخرى كالخيال والدهشة؛ لذلك فالمسرح المدرسي يعد أحد الوسائل التعليمية التي تسهم في تشكيل شخصية التلميذ الاجتماعية، والثقافية، والأخلاقية من خلال شخصيات متحركة تلفت انتباهه وتثير خياله على المسرح مما يجعله وسيلة مهمة لبناء شخصيته؛ لذلك تحددت مشكلة البحث في طرح السؤال التالي: ما القيم الأخلاقية التي تتضمنها العروض المسرحية المقدمة لتلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بالمدارس الخاصة؟ تأتي أهمية البحث من أهمية نشاط المسرح المدرسي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية نظراً لما يبثه من قيم وسلوكيات وأخلاق حميدة في نفوس التلاميذ، فضلاً عن دوره في تبسيط بعض المواد الدراسية، ويهدف البحث التعرف على دور المسرح المدرسي في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بعد أن توصلت عدة دراسات إلى ضعف الوعي بالقيم الأخلاقية لدى طلاب التعليم الأساسي، وأرجعت الدراسات ذلك إلى تراجع الاهتمام بمفهوم القدوة، وندرة الاهتمام بالأنشطة المدرسية. إضافة إلي ضعف الاهتمام بالتربية الأخلاقية في مضامين معظم البرامج التعليمية .كما تم اختيار عينة مكونة من عدد (2) عرض مسرحي مدرسي ببعض المدارس الابتدائية الخاصة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداة تحليل المحتوي لتحديد القيم الأخلاقية المتضمنة في المسرحيتين. كما تم التطبيق في الفترة من مارس إلى أبريل 2019 بمحافظة القاهرة بإدارة الخليفة والمقطم التعليمية. توصل البحث لعدة نتائج منها: توفر مجموعة من القيم الأخلاقية بالعروض حيث جاءت قيم (الإخلاص- التسامح- استثمار الوقت) في مراتب متقدمة تلاتها قيم (حب القراءة- الاعتراف بالخطأ- آداب الحديث)، وتشارك كل من الشخصيات الدرامية الذكور والإناث في عرض تلك القيم بنسب متقاربة لتجنب فكرة البطل الأوحد أو تفضيل نوع على أخر لتحقيق المساواة. كما جاء في توصيات البحث ضرورة نشر القيم الأخلاقية بين تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من خلال الاستفادة من الأدوات التكنولوجية الحديثة من مؤثرات سمعية وبصرية وحركية لتحقيق المتعة للتلميذ وجذب انتباهه، وأن تشجع الإدارة المدرسية المسرح المدرسي وتدعمه وتشعر الجميع بأهميته من خلال اللقاءات والاجتماعات والندوات، وإقامة دورات تدريبية لأخصائي المسرح، وإنشاء وحدات أو مراكز تدريبية لرفع مستوى أدائه. School Theater is the most appropriate artistic forms to communicate with the student, and expressing his own world through imitation, and simulation. Where the student is already a child tends to integrate and interact with his peers just as the actor merges with the cast members, There are also other common elements such as imagination and amazement; therefore, school theater is one of the means Educational that contribute to shaping the student’s personality from deferent ways like social, psychological, linguistic and physical aspects, because it carries a set of ethical values through acting characters on the stage, which makes it an important way to build the student’s personality. Therefore, the research problem was determined by asking the following question: What are the ethical values contained in the theatrical performances presented to primary school students? The importance of the research was also depend on the importance of school theater activity for primary school students, Because it broadcasts the values, behaviors and good morals among students, as well as its role in simplifying some school subjects. The research sample consisted of choosing an intentional sample consisting of two theatrical performances that are consistent with the research objectives. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the content analysis tool was used to extract moral values from the plays. They applied in Cairo governorate. A proposed conception has also been developed to show the way of taking advantage of school theater to spread ethical values to students by using the modern technological tools of audio, visual and kinetic effects to achieve student pleasure and attract his attention, and to apply some modern educational theories such as: learning by playing, and role-acting to deliver the information and moral values to students, With the need from the regulations to allow freedom and independence to theater specialists in writing and directing theatrical performances, and from the school administration to encourage and support the school theater, to make everyone feels its importance through meetings and seminars. Also establishing units or training centers to train the theater specialists to raise his performance level. (Published abstract)
