هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة مساهمة التعليم والتدريب في تنمية مهارات القرن 21 لدى طلبة أفضل الجامعات الحكومية السعودية حسب تصنيف QS 2021 للجامعات العالمية، والتعرف على درجة استخدام أساليب تنمية مهارات القرن 21 لدى الطلبة في التعليم والتدريب بهذه الجامعات، والكشف عن الفروق الدالة إحصائياً بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والتخصص الأكاديمي، والجامعة. ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت استبانة على عينة طبقية من طلبة جامعة الملك عبد العزيز، والملك سعود، والملك فيصل، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة أن درجة مساهمة التعليم والتدريب في تنمية مهارات القرن 21 لدى طلبة الجامعات الثلاثة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن درجة استخدام أساليب تنمية مهارات القرن 21 في التعليم والتدريب بهذه الجامعات جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة كذلك. كما وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس والجامعة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات، والدراسات المقترحة. This study aimed to identify the degree of contribution of education and training to developing the skills of the 21st century among students of the best Saudi public universities according to the QS 2021 classification of international universities, and to identify the degree of use of methods of developing 21st century skills among students in education and training in these universities, and to reveal the differences The statistical function between the arithmetic averages of the estimates of the study sample members due to the variables of gender, academic specialization, and university. To achieve this, the study followed the analytical descriptive approach, and applied a questionnaire to a stratified sample of students from King Abdul-Aziz University, King Saud, and King Faisal University. To a high degree, and that the degree of use of 21st century skills development methods in education and training in these universities was also high. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the estimates of the study sample members due to the variable of gender and university, and the presence of statistically significant differences due to the variable of academic specialization. In light of the study results, a number of recommendations and suggested studies were presented. (Published abstract)
