هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس في دولة الكويت لأبعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية، وعلاقتها بالتميز التنظيمي من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الحكومي في دولة الكويت. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ حيث تم استخدام استبانة لقياس الرشاقة الاستراتيجية والتميز التنظيمي، وتم توزيعها على عَيِّنَة بلغت (1524) معلمًا ومعلمة، من مدارس التعليم الحكومي في دولة الكويت. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أبرزها: 1) أن ممارسة مديري المدارس لأبعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. 2) وأن مستوى تحقيق التميز التنظيمي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. 3) وأظهرت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغيرات: (النوع، سنوات الخدمة، والمرحلة التعليمية). 4) وكذلك بينَت نتائج الدراسة وجودَ علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية، ذات دلالة إحصائية، بين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها والتميز التنظيمي بأبعاده. وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات لتحسين مستوى الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في المدارس، من أهمها: زيادة مهارة مديري المدارس في ممارسة مبادئ الرشاقة الاستراتيجية، من خلال الدورات التدريبية، وزيادة الصلاحيات الموكلة لهم، وتزويد المدارس بشبكة إلكترونية متطورة. This study aimed to identify the extent to which school principals in the State of Kuwait practice the dimensions of strategic agility and their relationship to organizational excellence from the point of view of public education teachers in the State of Kuwait. The study followed the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was used to measure strategic agility and organizational excellence, and it was distributed to a sample of (1524) teachers from public education schools in the State of Kuwait. The study reached several results, most notably: 1) The practice of school principals of the dimensions of strategic agility came to a high degree. 2) The level of achieving organizational excellence came to a high degree. 3) The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences for the variables (gender, years of service, educational stage). 4) The study results also showed the existence of a strong positive correlation with statistical significance between strategic agility with its dimensions and organizational excellence with its dimensions. The study made several recommendations to improve the level of strategic agility in schools, the most important of which is increasing the skill of school principals in practicing the principles of strategic agility through training courses, increasing the powers entrusted to them, and providing schools with an advanced electronic network.
