هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل كيفية هندسة (أرجونوميكا) رأس المال الاجتماعي بأبعاده المختلفة لتدعيم وتنمية الثقافة الريادية بمكوناتها الوجدانية والمعرفية والسلوكية؛ بما يتماشى مع التغيرات المتلاحقة التي يشهدها سوق العمل ومؤسساته وتقنياته، والتي جعلت للريادة دورًا مهمًا في ملاحقة هذه المتغيرات. فمن خلال القوة الناعمة التي يشكلها رأس المال الاجتماعي والدور الذي يلعبه في تحقيق فوائد اجتماعية واقتصادية مرغوبة فإنه من خلال هندسة (أرجونوميكا) رأس المال الاجتماعي يمكن تحقيق الدعم اللازم والمرغوب في تأسيس وتنمية ونشر الثقافة الريادية بين طلاب الجامعات المصرية وهم المنوط الأول الذي ينبغي التركيز عليهم لتلبية التوجه الريادي المنشود في هذه الآونة، خاصة في ظل الطابع المميز لرأس المال الاجتماعي بالجامعات المصرية الذي يجعل له سمات خاصة تميزه عن رأس المال الاجتماعي لباقي المؤسسات المجتمعية؛ بما يجعل من هندسته واستثماره أمرًا مهمًا لتحقيق فوائد جمة على رأسها تدعيم وتنمية الثقافة الريادية؛ وهو ما ينعكس على تنمية رأس المال البشري الذي يلتحق بسوق العمل وكذلك مايقوم به ويمارسه من أدوار اجتماعية مختلفة ويمثل طريقًا لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. The study aimed to Analyze How to ergonomics social capital in its various dimensions to support and develop the entrepreneurial culture with its emotional, cognitive and behavioral components. In line with the successive changes taking place in the labor market, its institutions and its technologies, which have made entrepreneurship an important role in pursuing these changes . Through the soft power that social capital forms and the role it plays in achieving desirable social and economic benefits, it can be done through ergonomics Social Capital The necessary and desirable support can be achieved in establishing, developing and disseminating the entrepreneurial culture among Egyptian university students and they are the first priority that they should focus on to meet the desired entrepreneurial trend at this time, Especially in light of the distinctive character of social capital in Egyptian universities, which gives it special features that distinguish it from the social capital of other societal institutions, What makes its engineering and investment important to achieve great benefits, on top of which is the consolidation and development of the entrepreneurial culture; This is reflected in the development of the human capital that joins the labor market, as well as the different social roles undertaken and practiced by it, and represents a path to achieving sustainable development.
